Sold me a ticket for a date that wasn't…

Sold me a ticket for a date that wasn't available. Rather than refund me they pressured me into accepting a different date. When my travel arrangements couldn't be rescheduled to accomodate they still refused to refund me. Awful service all round.

bad communication

made payment said will get vouchers shortly but wait over 40 to 50mins nothing happen, sent email and try call the number but all failed.
endup brought another tickets through other company.
not happy with the communication,
try to get refund or credits for future use but all failed.

Excellent customer service

I booked a cabaret Simon Show in Phuket but just hours before the show my husband was very sick possibly sunstroke. I reached out to customer service Fatima and with her help she reorganized the date for 2 days later at no further expense. It did state that no refunds etc available so I was delighted with her input 👌

I have bad experience with Thrillark as…

I have bad experience with Thrillark as i fixed the visit time by 11:00 am and your team changed it two times to 9:30 am and last one 8:00 am which was impossible time to come from Abu dhabi to dubai on time or 30 mins before i tried to postpone it or cancel the time but they didn't help so i don't think so that i will use this site or application again!

Was worried this was not a genuine…

Was worried this was not a genuine booking service but it was. For Movie World it took 40 min to receive the tickets from purchase. For sea world it was immediate. Not sure the difference but hope that helps others plan
