While the product was great. Bad customer service and delivery
While the product was great, my package was delivered to another person in another town, no where near me. I was contacted by their local post office to come collect it. When I raised enquiry on where my package went. Neither courier or your company seemed to care that I didn’t receive it. Bad customer service. To make a customer pay shipping you should at least be able to trust the company to deliver goods to that customer and you should offer a solution when you know their has been an issue instead of ‘oh so sorry we’ll look into that’

Arrived 2 days quicker than original notification indicated. Price was very competitive. Additional things thrown in box for us which although not needed, was a lovely gesture. My only gripe being there was too much packaging. I don't see the need for a whole lot of foam peanuts which are terrible for the environment.
