I never got an answer for question. I feel like I was way overcharged and there was no answer. I don't give 1 star ratings often.
Edit: Info staff were helpful and quick to resolve my issue. The problem was the loyalty rewards points bugging out and the Thrive team understood and were able to fully reimburse 🙂

My cookies were out of date and stale
My order arrived quickly. However more than half of the dozen protein cookies I ordered were out of date or within 1 or 2 days or being out of date. This made the food stale and inedible. I would not recommend this site as they seem to have no product quality.
