I've been a Thrive member for over 10 years. I appreciate being able to purchase items that I either can't get at my local market or that I can get for less at Thrive. They are great when there's a pr... See more

Unfortunately my first shipment arrived damaged, but surprisingly the issue was resolved immediately without extra stress.

Thrive Market always has been a good source of good food. Even though it is a bit expensive at times it is very nice to have the sales and free items from time to time! When I had an issues which deliverys they always gave a solution and communicated when it was FED EXS fault they reached out and offered apologies.

I love Thrive!! It makes choosing healthy options SO MUCH easier, as they've already looked into all the concerns I have when buying a new product. Plus there are things I just can't find elsewhere in my area. The products are consistently delicious, affordably priced, and if anything goes wrong it is addressed and made right quickly. The membership fee is well worth the value and convenience offered!! I highly recommend it.

This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. It took me almost 4 months to get out of the membership while they kept charging me. STAY AWAY.

I wanted to buy something from their site but the whole time I was trying to read product info, I was being bombarded by requests to join a mailing list, and to get a discount.
Now I am not sure if I even want to buy from them.

I joined Thrive Market's membership at the recommendation of a coworker. I decided I didn't use the service enough to justify the $59 a year membership and searched on their website how to cancel. There is no easy way to cancel the membership so I requested to cancel thru a chat with a virtual assistance on their website. After requesting to cancel, the va offered me two alternative membership prices and one was a partial refund on my current membership which would reduce the price down to $19. I agreed however, when I received the confirmation email, it said the discount would be applied to next year's membership. I feel like I was part of a "bait and switch." I then had to tell the virtual assistance twice more to cancel my membership. I asked for an email copy of the chat so that I could have proof of cancellation. I'm wondering if I will get that.

They have the best prices from what I have compared. I have seen some of the items at Walmart and Target that I have purchased from Thrive and Thrive has been lower enough that it is worth the membership. I do feel they are trying to make a difference in the world as far as being environmentally friendly and caring for their employees. Their customer service is also top notch. I had a shipment that was damaged by FedEx and they issued me a refund immediately when I contacted them and I was able to use the gift card refund within minutes to place my order again.

Thrive Market really cares for people. They even have programs to help the military, elderly and even people going through a hardship. That really says a lot about their company. Their customer service is awesome and it's very easy to use the automated service when you call in.

This company claims that, they have good services , but once order is placed, they don't even have a tracking details that where your product is .
After multiple follow ups , they will inform that , ur place is not serviceble and order will be cancelled automatically. In that case they should not accept the order.
The company should concentrate on more on delivering the products to the customer as much they are doing the publicity, because once you deliver the order and again when we place order again then not serviceble.
No proper customer service then what is the use .
Trusting the product and company we place order.
Very much bad experience.

CANCELED. and was difficult to get out of it. You pay $60/yr to pay more for products and get less of it (product). Also, if you don't want products delivered on a reoccurring basis, whether you need them or not and you turn it off, your prices will increase because you don't have reoccurring deliveries. I'm a one person household and if I don't need those items, I must purchase something...so tough luck. I can purchase Organic and other products at Kroger, Walmart or most local specialty markets, pay less for it and get more of it. ie: I don't recall seeing a bag of organic potato chips, containg more than 5oz-8oz, for a higher price than we currently are paying, for more of it. If you don't mind the restrictions and rules they have, this is your place.

Aggressive, persistent marketing. Was coerced into some kind of 'membership' and even repeat shipments.

I had issues getting it to take my payment...then it said it needed to send a verification code for my account AFTER they got my money. Only they are not sending it to my email.
The stupid AI chat box was no help. And I can not dispute the charge on my account until it goes through and I can't contact customer service because I can not get into my account...wtf

After taking my cat to the emergency vet yesterday, reviewing our upcoming autoship order from Thrive was not top of mind. So when Thrive's AI agent said there was nothing it could do, I said "talk to an agent" and the human Thrive representative immediately helped me. My wife and I plan to make a new Thrive order soon and appreciate Thrive's attention to the customer.
