If I could give 0 stats I would

If I could give 0 stats I would. I was intrigued buy what thrive advertised as I have many allergies, some include onion, garlic, gluten, and cauliflower. Although thrive has sort options for common allergies there is no way to sort all the ingredients that I can't have to filter safe food for me. Unfortunately you can not see this, the filters and set up until you enroll. I signed up for a month but within 15 minutes after access I knew this will not work for me. I requested cancelation and was told I would not be charged again but I would not be refunded my $12.80. I find that ridiculous. I did not order anything and my request to cancel and refund was as soon as I saw hiw Thrive works and that its not for me. Very very disappointed at being scammed out of money.

I had an issue with a FedEx delivery…

I had an issue with a FedEx delivery (they are unreliable in my area for on-time deliveries). My frozen box was all thawed out. Thrive Market listened to my concerns, and replaced the thawed out products when I showed them the tracking information where FedEx delayed the delivery themselves. They handled the issue professionally and promptly. The whole Customer Service process, from chat to emails, was a cut above many other companies I've dealt with.

Made a $$ error when signing up for their subscription…. Customer rep was very helpful & the issue was taken care of quickly! Thrive Market is a great place to find healthy foods & unusual ‘essentials’ that cannot be found in other stores.

I have used Thrive Market before and am…

I have used Thrive Market before and am happy to have rediscovered it. My only problem is when ordering AI jumps in with suggestions and it is easy to lose the thread of what you were trying to order, but this is a problem with a lot of companies right now.
Thrive Market has way better customer service than other similar companies, and it is easy and speedy to interact with a human being.

BEWARE! one purchase enters into subscription

I bought one item & did not sign up for scheduled subscription shipments. Thankfully I received email warning me of next shipment. I called & customer service cancelled subscription. It was a waste of time making that 1 call & I shouldn't have had to do. Automatically signing people up is wrong.

Great in many ways - just opt out of the text notices

I've been a Thrive member for over 10 years. I appreciate being able to purchase items that I either can't get at my local market or that I can get for less at Thrive. They are great when there's a problem with something that shipped (melted chocolate, broken jar, etc). The one issue I have with them is on there "hurry and order now for a free gift!" text messages, because though they tell me the item is in my cart it often isn't included in my shipment - I recommend you opt out of these notices, and take advantage of the great things Thrive offers aside from the bogus text notices.

Membership and cancelation

Thrive market has a great selection of products, definitely overpriced compared to a Costco or bjs but you are paying for convenience. Buyer be aware should definitely apply here as they try to get you on membership and make it difficult to cancel typical like a gym membership. If you're looking into a membership be aware the company has many tactics to retain your membership dues and that is how they win. I would recommend to dispute the charges.

The app is not usable for the visually impaired
