Charged for membership I didn't want

Last year a Google search for a specific keto product led me to Thrive Market. In order to even see the site, I had to create an account--but I didn’t realize I would be signed up for a membership and charged $65 (after a 30 day trial period was up). I only found out today when I got an email from PayPal about this year's charge. I contacted Thrive Market immediately and they refunded this year, but not last year. So I am out $65 and never ordered a single thing. This is a ripoff.

Trying to cancel membership is a NIGHTMARE. Have cancelled three years in a row and they still charge my card until you reach out to their data center to have your card removed. Horrible experience.

Almost Impossible to Cancel

I would give them more stars if they were more transparent and open. Product and prices good. However they are not overly clear about signing up for a membership when you order. But they do give a 30 day free trial before they charge for the membership. After looking over their website I decided that I would not be buying very much from them and wanted to cancel my membership before the trial ended. Well, let me just say that "Good Luck". I have found no way to cancel. They say they have a 24/7 chat to help you but when you click on the link nothing happens. Very underhanded system. Fortunately I paid my original order with PayPal and have blocked them from any further payments.
