1star is too much. This is a genuine post from someone sadly who bought their products. Please avoid this company. They're fraudulent. Quality is poor and they wouldn't offer a refund. They just avoided my repeated attempts to return goods and refund my purchase. Bunch of Far Eastern folks pretending to be Italian outfitters. Please avoid them. Ended up notifying the major banks and credit card firms of the scam.

Scam website, do not use!, if you are in doubt try reaching out to them, mails, phones and check for yourself.

I ordered a pair of shoes having seen them on facebook & they looked great. They never arrived I chased them & kept being informed that they were on the way. They never arrived & then having continued to try to chase they simply stopped replying so I lost £59 as they wouldnt return my money. As I cannot do anything I would like to warn others that this dies not seem to me to be a legitimate company so I will think twice before clicking on a facebook add. Do not order from them as you most likely will not receive the goods

Useless company, cheap shoes not as described and wrong size, took 8 weeks to arrive. They do not respond to emails etc. impossible to get money back.

Absolutely awful. AVOID. Quality is awful, tried to have a return, they do not answer emails or pick up the phone. They expect your to return the items to China at your expense, then will not return monies. Do not use this Company. Where is trading standards to protect the UK consumer?

This company sells cheap nasty clothes.When they finally arrive you cannot get your money back! They are theifs. Somebody shud investigate this very unreliable "CHEAP" company! They should not b allowed to trade. There dishonest. Do not order from this Company! My problem has been on going with them for several weeks!

Honestly 1 star is too much for these shower of absolute idiots. Lie about everything, returned my parcels at my cost, even sent proof, now gone to my bank to raise a dispute.
Avoid, never purchase from here.
They don't reply for ages, then say they need to confirm my parcel in their depot, sent proof from ROYAL MAIL.

Terrible experience. Totally substandard goods, 5 emails before a return address in China provided that seems to be undeliverable to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

They stole my £73.01 - Order date - 29/06/25 I havent even received anything yet. No answer to the web chat, calls or emails.

I completely agree with the 1-star reviewers. The 5-star reviews are likely written by the company itself or by people intentionally leaving false positive feedback. With 58% of reviews being 1-star, it's clear that something is wrong — these are likely meant to counterbalance the fake 5-star comments. TrustStyle seems to be a group of fraudsters.

I usually avoid shopping from unknown websites, but this one appeared legitimate. Unfortunately, I missed checking Trustpilot reviews beforehand.

To the company: if you are stealing hard-earned money from people, karma will catch up with you. Everyone who has wronged me in the past has ended up losing everything. You cannot run a fraudulent business and expect no consequences.

Either send exactly what we paid for, or be ready to disappear soon. I will also be reporting this to the police.

Fraudulent Company - Poor Service and Misleading Practices
I ordered size 11 shoes from this company but received size 8 instead. When I contacted them about the incorrect order, it took an entire week to get a response regarding returns and refunds.
Their return process is problematic - they instructed me to ship the shoes back to an address in China at my own expense. This was misleading, as I had assumed they were a UK-based company, which they are not.
I've been waiting for clarification on who will cover the return shipping costs, but they have not responded to my inquiry. The lack of communication and transparency about their location and return policies makes this appear to be a fraudulent operation. I am still stuck with the shoes.

Wrong size shipped
Extremely slow customer service response (7 days)

Customer forced to pay return shipping to China
No response regarding shipping cost responsibility
Poor communication throughout the process

So far so good. My hoodie came in 3 days and its actually warm + thick. Didn;t expect much for the price but its surprised me.

Wish I would have seen the reviews from other customers before I had ordered myself. The company is fraudulent. Advertising items that look nothing like what they actually provide. Then trying to get you to return to China what they are actually based in the UK. Delivery took an age and then the item ordered is nothing like what was advertised.

I ORDERED TWO DRESSES, ADVERTISED AS ELEGANT MAXI DRESSES, THEY TOOK THREE WEEKS TO ARRIVE BECAUSE THEY DONT WORK IN THE UK THEY COME FROM CHINA! (THATS THE FIRST LIE) WHEN THE DRESSES FINALY ARRIVED THEY WERE NOTHING MORE THAN RAGS 34" IN LENGTH (SECOND LIE)
CUSTOMER SERVICE WILL NOT ANSWER YOUR CALLS AND TAKE DAYS TO RESPOND TO EMAILS. AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS AND SENDING THEM PHOTOGRAPHS OF THE RAGS AND A COPY OF THEIR COMPANY POLICY I WAS OFFERED 60% BACK ON A GIFT CARD OR £25 REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD WHICH IVE RELUCTANTLY ACCEPTED BECAUSE THEY STATED THAT RETURNS WOULD COST ABOUT £20 TO RETURN AND OFTEN THEY GET LOST IN POST.
I WISH I HAD READ THE OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING.

Received my order however it took 4 weeks to arrive, customer service is terrible, the phone number rings out and the only way to contact is on email which you will wait days for a response. Packaging was fine and the shoes do look like the photo however my concerns are there regarding the quality of the material and I will soon find this out when I wear them for my holiday. Although the website looks professional I would definitely choose alternative websites in the future. Big red flag raised against this company.

I did get my purchase but the trainers are horrible and they were sent with so much plastic, I was horrified. I didn't realise the website is a Chinese store otherwise I wouldn't have ordered. Horrible

Ordered two shirts 6 days ago, company states they only distribute from within the UK, now I have a tracking number I have see that it's still in China waiting to be shipped so certainly wont be here to take on holiday in three days.They say delivery is 4 to 6 days. What a waste of fifty pounds. Never again

Rate will be NO STARRR!!!!!Please do NOT buy from this website. They are scammers! The items they sell are not worth the price you pay, and they do not match what is advertised on their website. The quality is cheap, and once they take your money, they will attempt to avoid refunding you. They also do not respond to your emails, making it difficult to return the items.

I ordered a garment needed for a specific date on the basis that it was in stock and ready for immediate despatch. Over a week, and nothing yet arrived. The "tracking" link requires payment of £1 (!) which of course means input of one's bank details and authorisation of payment to whoever this tracking company is. No thank you. I await to see if my email to Thrustyle is answered, but not holding my breath.

No text about item I've paid for.
No customer service no response to emails.
It's a scam don't buy anything.
