Booking through THS is always very easy! They are very responsive and quick to handle any issues or changes with the reservations. Also very friendly and helpful.

Easy process once you get the hang of it!!! Some precise methods that you need to follow to successfully book - however once you get through it a couple times it becomes intuitive.

Booking hotels in a group block is so stressful. I would recommend that the hotels that are fully booked don’t put them as an option. By the time you scroll through and check it’s frustrating to have to go back and go hotel by hotel. Or send out an updated list of availability before regular booking opens. Love it when we get to pre book.

I did hotel blocks for my club and booked through the block. Both were seamless. I had 2 issues and representatives were easy to reach and resolved them quickly. Both representatives were very nice and patient.

When booking opens and you rush to choose a hotel, it gives you a countdown to hold the room, and then when you submit it, it says your room is no longer available. That happens very often, at least 1-2x every time I’ve used it.

I had a fantastic experience with THS Company! Booking a hotel for our volleyball tournament was incredibly easy and stress-free. Their platform was user-friendly, and everything was handled efficiently from start to finish. The hotel was exactly as described, and the whole process saved me so much time. Highly recommend THS for any team travel needs—five stars!

The actual booking site has been easy to use and customer service has always been responsive. My only issue (as I’m sure others will express as well) is that often we will find cheaper rates if we were booking for the same dates through the hotel’s booking site. The benefit of stay to play is supposed to be better negotiated rates but that is often not the case especially for those hotels not within walking distances to the venue.

I would recommend adding a filter to search for hotels that still have availability for an event.

I would also recommend having each party display when they are sold out/waitlist only up front. I searched for some properties and only discovered after I clicked into their listing that dates weren’t available.

Your customer service is phenomenal. We worked with Gaby a lot and she was always super quick to respond and helpful. The booking platform is very easy to use as well.

What makes THS great is their phenomenal customer service, excellent hotel selection, and fair pricing. Let’s be honest; “stay-to-play” tournaments often have a negative connotation, but when you partner with a housing provider like THS, that concern disappears.

As someone who has worked with multiple tournament housing partners, I can confidently say that parents consistently prefer the quality, proximity, and camaraderie of having teams together in a single hotel near the playing venue. On top of that, if any issues arise, THS goes above and beyond to resolve them quickly.

It’s evident that THS treats its employees well, as turnover is low and the team is consistently knowledgeable and courteous.
