I had a disappointing experience with this company. After the hotel messed up my reservations, I found myself having to navigate the entire situation on my own to secure a refund. The lack of communication from their team made an already inconvenient situation even more frustrating. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience, and I would not want to use their services again.

I am the team manager for my son's soccer team and this is by far the easiest to work with of all of the booking companies.

This past week we discovered that a tournament we are attending added fields and the hotel we had booked through THS was 47 minutes from the new field.
Deborah in customer service was immediately helpful when I made the call. She was professional, courteous, and sympathetic to our situation. She devised a plan that included calling the 2 hotels that we were already booked in to see if we could get out of the contracts and she then found a hotel 5 minutes from the new field. I received both emails and calls from Deborah keeping me informed of the progress. She is someone that I would describe as very proactive and such a delight to deal with.

In a world of mediocrity, Deborah is a real standout!!! THS is lucky to have her!

I have been booking tournament housing through THS for our youth volleyball club for the past 6 years. Have always had great customer service and follow through from all of the customer representatives. Made everything easy!

We booked our block of rooms really early and a lot of our parents didn't get their reservations before the deadline, and since it was so early, they easily gave our team more time, which we really appreciated. They were friendly and easy to reach.

I am the go to person for my daughters soccer team and planning for an upcoming tourney. The site was easy to facilitate, and the dashboard is self sufficient. Would definitely use this 3rd party booking company again. The customer service that I received was also exceptional each time I called, the representatives were very knowledgeable!
