I fear this is another scam website

I fear this is another scam website - we ordered a jacket for our daughter's Christmas present, which still has not turned up weeks later. Closer inspection looks as if this company claim to be Netherlands based, yet the tracking number is a Chinese one. It's a pretty sophisticated scam - good English and OK pictures, with contact numbers etc... but the address seems to be a different Dutch company and I can't find any reviews, and now I think the photos look dodgy!
