Good pricing but worthless support

Tibber has good prices and are one of the leading companies regarding innovation in the smart home area. But that are totally worthless regarding support. I’ve been waiting for over a week on a reply on my first ticket and I’ve read in the Tibber customer community on Facebook that people have been waiting months without any reply from their support team.

Reliable app

Reliable app. You can easily adjust everything to your needs. Just add your preferred departure time and the app will do the charging.

No real service

My Tibber Pulse KM was verified by Tibber to no longer be functional. They determined that it should be replaced and registered a case for replacement of the product which was still within the warranty period by a large margin. After that nothing happens. Tibber does not make themselves contactable. The only option is to contact their AI service by chat or e-mail. No human contact surface for customers. After almost two months after the decision to replace my defective Pulse KM nothing has happened.

​I am very satisfied with Tibber

​I am very satisfied with Tibber. From registration until today, I haven't had a single problem. My billing has been based on actual consumption and average stock market prices. I didn't have an iMSys (Smart Meter), however, starting next month, thanks to an offer from Tibber, I’m having my digital meter upgraded to an iMSys so I can take full advantage of dynamic electricity pricing!

Great app

Great app, easy to read invoices. Nothing to complain about apart from fixed costs but it is worth it.

Lacks Apple HomeKit integration

In principle a good app, but it lacks integration for apple HomeKit which would be really useful. Otherwise I am disappointed that Porsche Taycan isn’t integrated however I do understand that this is not Tibbers fault.
