Disappointing
Started a monthly sub with TickerTrace on 20 June 2022 to see what the scanner was like. Currently, I sign up to Trade Ideas and my plan was to cancel that and move to TickerTrade if the service proved reasonable. I have already cancelled my subscription.
TickerTrace seemed promising at the start but sadly is very disappointing. Currently I would NOT recommend Tickertrace unless they did a trial so that you could check the service before proceeding:
1) The scanner user interface is SLOW and buggy and not at all easy to configure.
2) The stocks reported in the scanner give a small subset stocks that you would get with another scanner such as Trade-Ideas (I compared the output). 3) The stocks that are spewed out have completely incorrect data compared to Trade-Ideas.
4) Their support is non-existent. They don't respond to any "Talk to Us" messages on their website.
3) If you click on the help link on the main on the website during the day, doesn't work and just gives a "Gateway Timeout".
TickerTrace service might be in Algeria as their DNS servers are there.
