Do not book tickets with them without knowing that their service fee is a scam...Parc Güell tickets direct website 18euros...with them 28euros per person, we are a family of 4! 40euros for them as service fee?!?!?! 'Come on!!!...I was sure it was the main web site..Now I know.
Plus I had to contact them 20 minutes after I booked...because I wasn't receiving tickets.

Pantheon tickets scam
Ordered tickets on the morning for 11am. On a tight schedule and big queues to get in. Nothing delivered by 1105. Asked for refund several times. Fobbed off. Told I could wait and insisted refund only option. Fobbed off. Tickets delivered 1124. Too late. Repeated request for refund. Refused. Basically I felt scammed. Zero customer service. Do not use.

Tickets Sent for Wrong Time
We had to groups buy tickets from this site. We booked tickets for 9:30am on the site and were sent tickets for 12:30pm. We are boarding a cruise so that time did not work. If tickets were not available for a set time they should have restricted booking. Have tried emailing but got an unhelpful response from an AI chatbot. Waiting on a refund or will have to dispute the charge. I would be very careful if booking from this site as the AI chatbot stated it was not their fault if they sent the wrong tickets.

We got scammed, bought tickets for Park Guel, they didn't arrive for the slot we booked and email bounced back. It turned out they were much more expensive too. Gutted as we got there early and couldn't get in 😔

Tickets and directions were easy to download. Timing of tour was on time and didn’t take long to go up and down the tower. The best part was lunch at the museum cafe with perfect views of the leaning tower and clean bathrooms that are free!

The tickets were easy to access but double the price.
The tickets were easy to access and understand, only downside was the cost of the tickets were double the price (I presume for booking fees). The pantheon costs 7 euros at the door, but when I paid for two tickets it cost 28 euros. That being said, having online tickets allowed us to instantly go inside rather than wait in line for an hour or more.

Easy service to book tickets
The process to order the tickets was easy and in many languages. The service for questions very good (in your own language - seems to be handled via AI/translator). Only the additional service costs for the tickets was a bit high. But all in all it was ok.

Excellent experience, walked in past the long line/wait. The tombs to celebrate painters & artist were wonderful.

Great site, don’t show up early!
The actual climb up and views were fantastic but the militaristic time and bag requirements were rough. You could not go 5 mins early despite very few people in line. Hopefully they iron it out. Otherwise it’s soooo cool to climb the tower and look off the side.

Fast purchase, faster entry!
We hadnt planned to visit the Pantheon on the day we did; we were walking by and the line didn't seem too awful compared to other sites around Rome. We simply went online, ordered 2 tickets for entry at 1:00 (it was 12:15 at the time). Paid for the tickets, waited until 12:45 to get into the 1:00 line and we were inside the Pantheon by 12:50. The people waiting in line to buy tickets in person were still waiting to buy theirs.

Last Minute, Great Decision to see Pantheon
We arrived at the designated time and walked right in. Easy to book. Loved booking the last ticket of the day as it started to empty of tourists. It’s close to Trevi Fountain and lots of cafes at Piazza Navona.
