This is a scam do not buy tickets

I purchased 2 tickets for the Uffizi Galleries through this website. The official price is €16 per person (€32 total), but I was charged €70 in total (€35 per ticket).

The website looks like an official provider, which is very misleading. During the purchase process, there is no clear or prominent explanation that they are not the official seller or that such a high additional fee is being applied.

Only after purchasing does it become clear that you are paying a large markup.

Customer service refused a refund, referring only to terms and conditions.

This is not transparent and feels misleading. Do not use this website! This is a SCAM
