Where are our tickets?
We bought 4 tickets to Park Guell in Barcelona 5 days ago. Tickets were charged to our credit card, but were not delivered via email. We have sent messages via email and on what’s app with no response. Our event is tomorrow and we are not sure of what to do. Will edit this post once this is resolved or write a post again if not.

Lack of clear instructions
Buying a ticket on line was easy. However, what I received was an email with a booking code. It was not clear what I needed to do to gain admission. I needed help from the Prado staff and then I had to queue in the ticket office. I did not know I would need ID for my reduced price ticket. Fortunately I had something in my phone that was accepted.

This is a scam. I bought tickets for a tour of Mosteiro dos Jerónimos in Lisbon. The site looked like the official monastery site. But it was this Ticket GO company that took our money and then disappeared, the email address they provide is fake. BEWARE!

It was a spontaneous idea
It was a spontaneous idea. In the later afternoon I put my mobile phone and within about 5 minutes I had my tickets. The day after tomorrow there was a long queue in front of the entry but with my already bought tickets I could step in the next door without waiting. The place itself is a must to have seen.

Avoid this reseller at all costs
Avoid this reseller at all costs. This is a complete nightmare and a company that should be avoided in the widest possible circle.
They hide the fact that they are a reseller in the fine print, while making it look like you are buying tickets directly. The tickets are massively overpriced — in my case, more than double the original price. On top of that, you are left waiting for the tickets to actually be issued, with no clear communication or reassurance.
What makes it even worse is their refusal to refund the money, even before the tickets have been issued. They are happy to take your payment, but when there is a problem, they refuse to help.
Do yourself a favor: do your research, read the fine print, and stay far away from this company. There are much better and safer ways to buy tickets. This reseller is absolutely not worth the risk.

Waste of money
I was informed at the Parc Guell entry gates that my tickets were for a guided tour and did not admit me to the Parc itself. So I hastily bought two admission tickets - as you get a fixed entry time. As it turned out, my original tickets were valid for entry at a different gate(involving a 20min run up and down hills with an injured knee). I didn't download or use the second e-tickets. I explained the situation and requested a refund. I wasted a lot of time back and forth receiving templated emails from Ticket GO agency and no refund. The unused tickets cost me €58. I wouldn't use them ever again... They love money and hate customers.

Where you walk up to the site, you must have bought tickets online already.
My mistake was being in a rush... I googled on my phone tickets for Juliet's balcony, this site appears high up looking like it's official. As there are no prices on display at the actual location, there is no reference for what the value of the tickets are.
I purchased 2 tickets at nearly double the actual ticket value. Should be €12 a ticket.
TicketGo decide to sell them at €21 a ticket.
Actual tickets are available on a QR code outside the venue.
TicketGo had no interest in refunding me for their scam operation, so please please, buy from the official site.

Instant email confirmation, but the tickets arrived much later, and in the spam folder... Quite worrying. Then I realized when I arrived at the museum that the price I paid was much higher compared to the tickets sold at the museum office, and that they were resellers. SCAM RESELLER!
This is not the official reseller of the Uffizi Gallery yet it was the first result in the search for 'official tickets', absolutely misleading. It costs more than the official tickets but I realised only after arriving at the place and confronting it with the prices shown. No other service provided, so I guess they profit only by tricking people into buying the tickets via this channel. It's ridiculous something like this is allowed.
!!Addition after the answer of the company!!
It's not a matter of not appreciating a simplified process or the work of other people, of course you had to get my booking, go to the official site and actually buy the tickets to send to me and need to pay the people who did it, the point is that you PURPOSELY MAKE UNCLEAR that you are not the official reseller, the website is called 'uffizigalleriestickets.com' NOT 'ticketgo-tickets' or something along the line and it is purposely written with a smaller font that you are an 'indipendent provider', while you should specify you are NOT THE OFFICIAL RESELLER. This is not legal in Italy, it's under the misleading commercial practice and it is sanctioned. I already filed a report to AGCM, even if it clearly won't lead anywhere.
