Had a great concert that only Bruce can give you. We came early which made things easier. I'm not well experienced in electronics but the procedure to keep tickets on my phone was great. Had pretty go... See more

It was amazing

It was amazing! We got to interact with them and my daughter and I got to go into the VIP room and meet the lead singer of moon walker. It is definitely a night my daughter and I will remember.

Love John Mullaney but the experience was so-so

The doors opened 15 minutes late and the show started late, as well. The microphone had an echo that made it hard to understand and the one functioning spotlight was "off-center" for a majority of the show. John Mullaney went for almost 2 hours which seemed a little long. Overall,I enjoyed my night but paid a lot of money for a so-so experience.

A huge headache

On the front end, buying the ticket was a nightmare. The app had an error in the middle of the process, and I was charged for a ticket. I didn’t receive. After more than a week, the issue was finally resolved, and a refund was sent to my card. White Oak music hall is a pretty good venue except they automatically add 20% gratuity on any drinks and then, they have the nerve to ask for more. Deicide was disappointing because Glenn Benton’s vocals have gone downhill. Even this survey is giving me problems. You’ll need to get your act together.

Terrible Audio

The audio during the concert was terrible throughout the whole show. I’ve attended a few concerts at States Farm where the audio was bad, but the audio at the B2k show was the worst.
