we are sorry, it is stated in our terms and conditions, that the tickets are not refundable. You agreed with the terms and conditions when you bought the tickets.
The Resale service and Ticket Transfer service is available for selected events, when it is approved by the event organizer.
In case of illnesses, the insurance is covered by insurance company.

everythink was perfect,except the guy who eas standing in front of my seat so i couldn’t see the octagon,my seat was row 1,seats 5,6 entrance 102,and i told him that i cannot see the octagon,he didn’t care. I came from Serbia to watch this event ,and i watch the biggest organization in world,this is the girst time i witnessed this.
