Won't honor warranties. Prefer to refund instead of honor warranties through replacement as EU law dictates even when having the ability and stock to do so. Blatantly lie about said stock and invoke varying motives that are not the consumers responsibilty.

I’ve placed several orders on their website. The delivery was very fast, the products arrived in perfect condition and exactly as described. Overall, a great experience. I definitely recommend them

They treat their customer base like shit just because the payment was done and don't care anymore if the order has, indeed, been delivered or not showing activaly that they do not care.

This is the only store that has ever refused a refund request.

Be careful if you are buying from this store with an invoice — the company is based in Romania, which makes resolving issues more complicated and slower.

I bought UPS battery from them and it came with clear sings of use. Dirty and scratched.

Customer Service has put in extra care to ship with a preferred courier at a specified locker address in a later email.

All good now. Order arrived

Purchased for the company, an HP document shredder, which in total worked maybe 10 minutes in 2 hours. Sent back the same day and the solution is 0 after 3 weeks. It was sent for service and being a brand it takes longer. DO NOT MAKE PURCHASES FOR COMPANIES, THEY HAVE NO COMMON SENSE. THE LAW DOES NOT OBLIGATE IT! AND THEY EVEN USE IT, AND THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL.

They show the products as being "in stock," but once you order them, they take 2 other weeks (at least) to order the product from the manufacturer and then to ship it to you. The support is also terrible, very slow responsive or not responsive at all, and if you don't put a lot of pressure on them, they will probably take months to ship your order. I recommend this store only if you are willing to delay your order a lot!

I just purchased a UPS battery from them and it's obviously dirty and used. The vacuum cleaner I had bought from them through eMag broke and of course they got removed from the marketplace both the product and the seller, so their appalling reviews can no longer be read. I have no warranty and no right to return the product. Shame on you.

I purchased an item from them, and I ended up receiving a completely different item, as well as a fake document. All of my attempts to return the product that I actually paid for, which is not what I ordered, have been unsuccessful, as nobody answers me! You should be punished!

I ordered several PC components, and the motherboard arrived with broken (not bent) socket pins. The delivery was not fast, and when I returned from vacation and assembled the PC, I discovered the defect. Vexio refused to replace the product, stating that the 14-day return window had passed and the defect is not covered by their warranty. In my opinion, the product was already defective when it was delivered.

My mistake was not reading the recent reviews, which are mostly negative and mention similar issues. I do not recommend – check the product carefully as soon as it arrives and be prepared for a lack of customer support.

I had an experience that exceeded my expectations after reading the bad reviews. I bought a drum brushcutter.
The delivery was fast, plus helpful advice from the employees.
I was corrected as soon as I ordered a liter of oil, receiving two 600ml cans so I could change it after running in.
I also added a motor hoe to my cart, which I will also buy from them.

i orderd a kitchen hood , he came with broken package broken product , when i call for return staff was very unpolite and he said if i ordered with open package option they will not care about later reclamation even the law says when order online you have 14 days to return wihout filing any reason to do

Unpolite, unprofessional and unfriendly staff, late delivery, bad policies, be careful if you buy something from them! I wil definitely avoid this so called “business”

Prices are ok but delivery options are awful. First time they mentioned on site that my phone+charger+headphones will arive on in maximum 5 working days and next they they called me to ask if it's ok the delivery date that they mentioned on site and 4 days after to see that my command was not delivered at all due to the charger that got 7-10 day for delivery date but they did not mentioned it so i had to split my command and pay an additional delivery fee. I would never buy again from this site due tot heir treatment.

I bought a router from them through emag. It had a problem so I sent it back. 2 months later still nothing. No refund nor another router. Even stopped replying to the emails! Avoid at all costs!

I've bought different things from Vexio over the years, the last one being a Samsung Galaxy S23. I could always find a competitive price on their website, and never had any problems with their products or deliveries. They could improve their website search option and available categories, but that's about it. Of course, a competitive price point comes with a couple of days of waiting more for your product, but I never had an issue with that. I once had to return a UPS because it was faulty, and they changed it with a new one right away, no questions asked. I would recommend Vexio if you're looking for a competitive price and don't mind waiting a couple of days more for your product to arrive.

I have place an order of over 2500 EUR, they left me without products and without moiney!
