Had tickets for the lodge for Eurovision Semi Final 1. 18 people in a lodge with 12 seats in the arena has to be the most unprofessional, amateur & disrespectful setup I’ve seen. On top of that security were overly aggressive when guests sat in empty seats outside of the lodge, but where else were they supposed to sit. Why was the unused lodge beside not opened.

It was the best event ever.
I enjoyed everything and evertyhing was organized so well although I have one concern which is that you guys didnt have much supernatural merch even though there were so many supernatural fans there

The ticket purchasing was fine, but the show was cancelled.

The band were on fine form although the new material was a little bit hit and miss - some sounded like early Kraftwerk another reminded me of Simple Minds in their early years, Having the drummer and additional keyboard player as well as the two main men made a difference. The venue was average - poor selection of drinks, long queue to get in but at least cloakroom was efficient

Service fee is not refunded if an event is cancelled, I have never seen such website as this is not additional service, this is what you do, right?

Took my money but delivered zero product.

Bought a ticket via their site to a childrens theatre. Was prompted to create an account to buy the ticket which I did. I paid with Swish. When I checked my inbox I found no emails from Ticketmaster, not with the ticket nor anything about sign up.
It has been more than five business days and the money has not been returned nor has their customer support tried to locate the ticket.
It was only about 250 SEK, but I won’t trust this site again. My child very disappointed not to be able to go to the show.

Booked 2 tickets for the Bruce Springsteen Concert for the 15th July 2024 in Stockholm, on 3rd November. Was unable to choose seats as the seating plan was not working, as a result and following payment we ened up with Standing Tickets. Received an email advising that due to an error on their part, Ticket Master offered the options of purchasing new tickets which I did and also offering to refund me for the 2 standing tickets. I purchased 2 seated tickets, and applied for the refund on Saturday 4th November. Received an email from Theo at Ticketmaster, on 14th November advising that refund for the 2 standing tickets had been cncelled and I received my refund shortly afterwards, so despite the initial problems Ticketmaster came good in the end. It was obviously a glitch on the system as I also recently booked tickets for the Pink Concert at the same venue and that all went through smoothly.

Bought Springsteen tickets today to Friends Arena July 18, 2024. It turned out to be a shameful mess by Ticketmaster. We got in early, chose ’best seats available’ but never got to see seating before we were sent to payment. After, on the supposed ticket (that also is ’not yet available’) it says we have standing tickets and ’un-numbered seats’. Now Ticketmaster is trying to redeem themselves, 9 hours after sales start, and offers to buy back these tickets and we can choose new.
Yeah, right. Only ones left that are available are the absolute worst seats.
