Thank you very much, Ticketmonster!!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Ticket Monster, and especially to Hayk Chatman for helping me resolve my issue.

This was a very difficult time for me, and I truly appreciate the support and care I received. Hank always took the time to respond to my messages and even provided emotional support, although I understood that it was beyond his responsibilities.

What touched me the most was when, after listening to my story, he said, “We will fight for you.” At that moment, I realized I had found someone I could truly trust.

I wish Ticket Monster continued success and wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone going through a difficult situation and in need of help.

Airline pilot! seeing his citation FLY outside the WINDOW!!

It was an exceptional experience from start to finish. There was absolutely no judgment regarding me or my driving history—which, for the record, was clean. The team was highly professional and truly acted as my strongest advocate. They focused entirely on the relevant factors, applying their knowledge, skill, and experience to build a compelling case that resulted in a significant win for me.
Unlike other firms, their approach is centered on you. They know exactly what to do and how to do it, and they set the standard so high that success becomes the outcome. I would not recommend going anywhere else.

Ticketmonster takes "customer care" to the next level

I cannot express how appreciative I am for Ticketmonster. The service was recommended to me by a friend when I shared my frustration and questioned the validity of a red light violation I received. I immediately reached out to the service and, within a few hours, received a text message from someone who informed me that he would be assisting me with my case. He introduced himself as Hank. Hank has been extremely responsive and forthcoming with the status of my case every step of the way. When I received a letter from the Court stating that I had failed to provide requested information, I texted a photo of the letter to Hank. He immediately reached out to the Court, and found the Court's oversight. Although I have not received a final judgement on my case, I have every confidence that it would not be for the lack of effort by Hank. I am enthusiastically writing this review now as I am really impressed with the level attention and care my case has received through this service. I truly feel that this is a wonderful resource for people in their efforts to protest or just to verify and clarify the validity of a ticket, especially those red light camera violations which seem very ambiguous to me. I feel whatever the outcome with my ticket, although I am hopeful, I am grateful to Ticketmonster and Hank for offering me the opportunity to have a voice in the process.

No worries here

My experience with ticket monster has been great so far. They have helped take off the edge and any worries of having to go do everything myself. They have taken everything into their own hands which has been a blessing since I work a lot. Their communication with me has been fantastic! When ever I call or even text, someone has responded on the other end. I would recommend ticket monster to anyone!
