We bought 6 tickets for a Premier…
We bought 6 tickets for a Premier League football match as a special treat for our son's birthday. Our confirmation came from tickets-point.com yet in the first line of the email it said `Thank you for your order at Seatnet'. The disparity seemed odd. When we got to the ground in plenty of time we had to queue so we only got to the turnstiles near to kick off. When we tried to access the tickets we could only access the first two and when we tried to scan one at the turnstiles it did not work. We then had to queue for ground admission help. When we tried to open the 3rd to 6th tickets, the allocated seat kept flipping, suggesting other seats. It was as if the tickets we had bought were being reallocated and others being assigned to us instead. It was very confusing. The admissions steward led us away to the on site Box office where we did manage to get a hard copy of the two tickets we'd managed to access. But we had to buy an additional 4 tickets. So now the total cost of the 6 tickets was approaching 4 figures. Really disappointed.
