Re-sold my FOS Springsteen ticket to someone else

I bought a ticket for Springsteen‘s last European show in Milan. On the day of the concert(!) they informed me that my Prato ticket (front of stage) had been cancelled „by the organization“ and all they could offer was a seat and a 100 euro discount.

With just a few hours to the show, I had no choice but to accept this offer (otherwise I would have flown to Milan for nothing).

The ticket office at the stadium informed me that the ticket had not, in fact, been canceled but had been RESOLD the day begore (presumably to make more money).

Pointicket ghosted me when I wanted the sellers contact details for legal action (because this is very clearly fraud and not a cancellation). „This is not our ticket, there is nothing more we can do,“ they wrote and then sinply ignored my other messages.

The replacement ticket was side of stage. I couldn’t see the screens or the band. It was an absolute disaster and horrible customer service.

I have no idea why this company would protect a seller that has just resold a ticket that was originally sold to me (these are digital tickets, so unfortunately that is possible).
