Avoid this 3rd party plane tickets seller. I got myself flexible tickets, and then when I really needed to change them all my request were canceled and nobody have ever contacted me regarding to my problem, so they just took my money basically. Even if there was a clear fee for having a flexible ticket which I paid the ticket was not flexible at all.
In addition I was not offered to get a refund even If I did all I could from my side informing them all possible ways that I want to cancel the flight, that I can’t make it and I need other tickets. Their advertising is misleading and according to me it is a fraud. I was trying to get my money back through my bank but ofcorse these robbers won as that ticket was not refundable. I hate this company and I recommend never buy the tickets through them as there is nobody who would help even if you pay extra.

Update – they still haven’t refunded the ticket money, and they’ve completely stopped replying to emails on this matter. Communication has ended. They themselves advised me to fill out the refund form because flight time was changed more that 4 hours, and then they themselves wrote that the money would not be refunded...
And yes, they did return €3 for each previously purchased ticket, but in principle, they shouldn’t have charge that amount in the first place when buying tickets. Or this is their business model – charge 3€ from everyone, and only refund for those who noticed it?
UPDATE:
Only with Maestro card there is no additional fee for paying for tickets, all other payment methods is charged additionally 3€ per ticket, bought totally 8 tickets via your website
Everything would be ok if the fee for purchasing tickets wouldn't be so ridiculous..... just for purchase you pay extra....
anyway, one ticket was delayed by the airlines, the tickets.lt stuff helped me with refund (hopefully i will get it) procedure and the lady on the phone was really helpful.

I recently booked a ticket on Cathay Pacific with this company. It was a very small price saving ($50AUD) from not booking direct and I am sorry I did. The after sales service is non-existent. All I wanted to do was ad my frequent flyer number to the booking to aid in seat selection. Not only were they incapable of helping me to do it (after multiple attempts), but they blocked Cathay from making any changes. This meant that I was not able to make any seat selection and my Tier of One World was not recognised. Instead of being able to select a good seat, I was relegated to terrible seating at the rear and between other seat over my preferred isle seating. Would NOT recommend using this company.

Mastercard payment option with extra fee ~200 Eur was quite a strange surprise.
Any other method did not work. Not sure why this card should be charged extra.

Reply does not justify or clarify. It would be fine… but several people below with same reviews received your full refunds which means that such impose comes from the company.
Additionally, Paypal does not have any fees usually, but here it was impossible to pay through it.
Please reconsider the case again.

Seems to be a way for them to get to the top of skyscanner options.

In my opinion, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. And here’s the breakdown:
1. It all started with the payment process. For any payment method, in my case, I had to pay an extra €22, except if using a Maestro card — but seriously, who even has a Maestro card these days?
2. After the payment, I received confirmation emails. But I needed the PNR to add my booking on the airline’s own website. So, I entered my PNR code, but the booking wasn’t found. Then I tried absolutely every code I saw in the emails from Tickets.lt, but none of them worked. In addition, I paid an extra €1.99 for an SMS with the PNR code and other information, but I never received any SMS.
3. Then I contacted customer support. I wrote to their email — no reply. I wrote on their website — no reply. Then I decided I had to cancel the booking with this awful company. I submitted a cancellation request, but it was rejected, since apparently I had purchased non-refundable tickets. Okay… so then I wrote to them again, this time via messenger, and finally got a response. I explained that I couldn’t find the correct PNR. They told me to wait because they couldn’t check my order yet and promised to email me within about an hour once they had any information. More than three hours later, I received an email saying that my PNR became invalid when I canceled the booking. But the fact is, this PNR was invalid from the very beginning, even before I tried to cancel it. And since my cancellation request was rejected, the booking should still remain valid, and so should the PNR.
They told me there was nothing they could do to help — and that was it. As a result, I lost €376 and had to buy new tickets for the same flight, but this time from another company, for €437.
So, if you want your booking to go smoothly without losses and unnecessary stress, I’m not telling you what to do, but I strongly recommend listening to reviews, drawing conclusions, and staying away from companies with such feedback.

At first, it might look that you are getting it cheaper than anywhere, but then there's the checkout — paying with cards (VISA, MasterCard) be it credit or debit, Apple Pay or whatever, will cost you +38 €. Yeah, there's this option to pay with MasterCard Maestro for free, but the thing is that Maestro cards are already phased out in EU since 2023.
Actually there's no option to not pay for the transaction, which means you ALWAYS incur a "hidden" fee.

*Same as some others here we were happy to find the tickets cheaper than everywhere else but were also asked to pay additional 200ish euros to pay with Mastercard , I called their customer service and they told me that it is correct and there is no way to avoid this additional fee. Additionally they said that the discount for Maestro ks actually wrong...
Is it possible to get this amount refunded ? I can see that some people managed to do it, reservation no XTRH689P
Our experience & evaluation would definitely change significantly if this would be solved

Probably worst company you can ever find in the internet. NEVER book ANY flight from these idiots. They will charge you a lot of money just for using your credit card, they will never answer your questions via support, they are always cancelling already booked tickets (saying it's not their fault, but there is sure their fault) and they will even not refund you money if they will cancel your flight. BE VERY AWARE with these scammers.

Don't be happy after buying tickets, because tomorrow they may send you a message that they canceled the purchase because the price has changed. Very disappointing. And at the final step they add a fee for paying visa card. So no one gets it cheaper here.

About the fact that the fee is seen during the checkout, yes, but no one suspects that one has to pay such a hefty percentage just for paying with VISA/MasterCard. I haven't incurred such a fee in decade.

I was not able to make payment first time and I realized that because I have chosen Maestro Card as payment method. After a week I returned to purchase and realized this. Apparently in all Europe bank are not issuing Maestro Cards any more, but the card that we have is Master Card - and you are asking additional percentage for using it! But average person does not even know which type of card she/he has, so why is your program not able to detect which card details I have inserted? Just showing error! An no, I am not having bank cards with me, but I do use secure program to store the card information - never thought that I need to write what type of the card I have.

Getting an invoice from this agency is a mission impossible. Most airline websites send invoices in minutes by email, but this agency says it takes "up to 10 working days" (this is year 2025) - and they still couldn't do it even after 10 days!
When you email them, you get an automated reply or no answer at all. When you call, they just say "we will send it to finance department" and nothing happens.
They also lie about prices. They show you one price, then add 24 EUR extra for paying with any card except Maestro. But Maestro cards don't exist anymore - banks stopped making them. So basically you always pay extra 24 EUR.
