Its bad a company adds a fee for paying by any mean but not maestro card. A fee was 39 euro! for an order of 613 euro total. Is that a bank transacton fee that BIG?
Also, an infant discount was not applied. For 2 adult and an infant, we've bought 3 same flight tickets 204.33 each.

In the ticket there was wife surname same as mine (1 letter difference). It's strange in the first email they ask to check and edit ticket data for free 4 hours after purchase. Later they asked 130€, but we changed at counter for 45€. Do not recommend to buy tickets from tickets.lt

Bought tickets cheaper and later got email:
I am sorry to inform you that we do not have the possibility to issue the original flight. In order to resolve this matter, we suggest you an alternative without any additional payment and refund 125 eur of 800eur that i payed yesterday. They don’t reply. Lost my money, my time and my patience. 0 trust. Who will return it…

I noticed that some of sellers like to hide real ticket costs up to the last moment and additional charge appear for paying with debit/credit cards. Tickets.lt is one of them and you definitely will be pissed off when additional charge appear the moment you entered all personal details. No other option proposed... unless to have Maestro.

At first, after reading the reviews, I thought it was a scam and started to get nervous, but I still waited for my flight. After checking in and flying to my destination, I realized that everything was fine and it’s not a scam.

The agency cannot add extra baggage due to their reservation system limitations. This creates a deadlock because the airline's website does not allow changes if the ticket was purchased through an agency. So you have to pay for it at the airport much more expensive.

Unfortunately, it is sometimes difficult to check in with Ryanair. Often you have to ask for additional assistance, which is unacceptable in extreme travel circumstances.

By phone tickets.lt confirmed that Unaccompanied Service will be provided after ticket Purchase and after I purchased it, it was not available apparently. And money refund was not possible.
The sentence from tickets.lt email is:
“I have forwarded this information to the appropriate department. You can now proceed with the payment.”

Do not use this agency. I have been trying to change one leg of my flight for 6 days. Every time they would take one or two days to process the request and then they would process it at 3:30AM my local time, that means that I would have until 5:00AM to accept or decline the change. IT IS THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT! I have been trying to talk to the support for 4 times and asked them to expedite the process or at least to give me a ballpark timeline when the request would be processed so I had time to prepare and be around a computer at that time to accept the change. The best I've got is to wait and it will be processed in the next 24 hours. In the end I've had to book a different ticket 2 days before my departure date. Moreover they refused to refund or do any partial compensation. This company has costed me at least 500 USD in extra charges by gaslighting me and I will never be using their service again.
