I booked my ticket last week with ticket house and I keep phoning them no response.
They sent my ticket to my email but I don't have the resavasion email address.they can't find my ticket.cos we don't know the person email address.
What a shame! Currently being investigated by action fraud, trading standards and huge community of victims to get our money back
Booked 2 tickets with Ticketshouse to travel on the 27th of Dec and completed payment in November. Then they told us that offer was no longer available and that their travel agent had made a mistake to not inform us as ticket hd already been cancelled 2 days after we booked with the travelagent. Ticketshouse told us not to worry that they will sort it out, make sure we do travel and even pay any excess in fare. A week down the line Ticketshouse has not bothered to call us with an update whatsoever. Called them today and they kept telling us that they will sort it out or refund us. We never even asked for a refund ?! WE JUST WANT OUR TICKETS. Their other option was for us to travel on the 31st of Dec meaning we would arrive on new years day which I have made clear not to settle for. In addition to that, it will also cost an extra 400 pounds that WE have to pay ourselves. Im just lost for words how Ticketshouse deals with their customers as their service is beyond POOR. They are now telling us not waste our times and even hung up on us. Very disappointed in them!!!
It was nice dealing with Tickethouse.The agent that handled my bookings was very polite, had good knowledge of what he was doing and very patient as well.
I was very satisfied with my dealing with him and will love to have him as a travel agent each time I want a ticket.
I think TravelHouse is very great at what they do, offering advice and having cheap tickets for the very convenience and satisfaction of their clients
