I needed twin Philips 32inch screens, ordered them from Amazon from two separate companies both of whom had only one each. One arrived within three days the other was shown to have been collected and on its way. Then got an email stating, not really on its way, in fact we have none in stock till May! Looked for another as I had organised a presentation for this week but seemingly none anywhere in the uk. Phoned ComputerPirates and I was supplied with the correct screen £50 cheaper than the delivered and received from Holland in 4 days by dpd. Everything good. So my experience goes against the one stars…….and my thanks to computer pirates for helping me out of a hole.

place order with these guys on amazon all good and well back in 3-3-23 for a asus crosshair extreme mother board almost a year later february 2024 motherboard had a problem where the oled onboard display start to malfunctioning contact computer pirates via amazon at 1st they try pushing me to asus for help couldn’t care less after i email asus few email back and forth explain to the the issue with the motherboard they ask for the invoice and this is where it start going down hill send all the information to asus few day later got a call from a asus tech explaining that my motherboard wasn’t covered by asus uk and the seller is not a asus authorised retailer i ask the tech where is the warranty he email me saying my warranty is in germany and computer pirates is not a uk company they base in Netherlands email CP again explain what asus uk said this point they agree to take the motherboard back and send it to asus for repair after 3-4weeks CP email me saying there is damage to the motherboard which they highlighted on the back of the motherboard 2 marks near the screw holes they refused the warranty cp return the motherboard to someone at computer pirates drop and damaged the motherboard io shield and the pcb now lying they didn’t drop it and cause damage
PLEASE Becareful ORDERING FROM THESE GUYS THEY WILL DAMAGE THE PRODUCT AND CLAIM YOU DID JUST BECAUSE THEY DO NOT WANT TO SORT OUT THE WARRANTY AND THEY NOT A UK COMPANY THEY SHOULD DROP THE UK OFF

Had a £400 monitor for 30 days until it malfunctioned. Didn't have the original box. Returned it through their nominated carrier and they claimed it was damaged in transit due to my packaging and credited me £18.
Read several reviews around similar malfunctions and issues with refunds. They are called computer pirates for a reason. I now have to try and save money to replace the monitor for my son who is heartbroken. Avoid!

I ordered a 27 inch monitor with a webcam for my wife for Christmas. A monitor arrived without a webcam. This is also significantly cheaper than the one with a webcam. No one from the company contacted me to refund me the price difference. I complained about the monitor and asked for a replacement monitor with a webcam. After a lot of back and forth, it turned out that the seller couldn't deliver a monitor with a webcam and couldn't have delivered at the time of the order. So the company sells goods that it cannot even deliver! The result of all this was that I had no Christmas present for my wife. Many thanks to this company for this. I can only strongly advise against ordering anything from this company!

The prices look good, but all you get are delays and excuses why nothing's happened including getting a refund! Avoid, Avoid, Avoid!!

Ordered the Wrong item on Amazon through them, returned it and now all of a sudden they’re saying it’s broken and that it’s my fault? Won’t give me a full refund. Bunch of scammers. Avoid at all cost!

Still waiting for refund. I ordered monitor that was shown as in stock on website. 2 days later was told that item was out of stock. Cancelled order, but still waiting for a refund 7 days later. I wouldn't use these "pirates" again!

Purchasing from the ComputerPirates website was extremely quick and easy and the WD NAS hard drive I required was the least expensive, by a quite large margin, than I could find anywhere else. Communication was excellent and the drive arrived with 2 days despite being shipped from Germany. I do hope Brexit does not change our ability to access to what is an extremely competitive online company.

They sell items that aren't actually in stock and showing that they are!! When buying the item, I thought I'm buying it directly from ComputerPirates not from a third party, and that the equipment is available to be shipped to me. Apparently the stock shown on their website does not reflect their actual warehouse stock but the numbers that their suppliers committed to deliver. On the website, estimated delivery time was between 2 and 4 working days, and I was charged immediately after placing the order. Had to cancel my order because they sold me an item they didn't have. Got the money back next working day.

Brilliant service. I was searching for a Sony VPL-HW65ES projector. Came across computerpirates.co.uk who had the model for sale at the cheapest price I could find, by over £250!

I was unsure about placing an order for such a high value item from a company I had never heard of, based in mainland Europe, and at an unbeatable price.

There was absolutely no reason to worry. The service was brilliant. Very fast and responsive email updates on my order, and the projector arrived on time and very well packaged.

I purchased a laptop from Computerpirates last year January. The delivery was prompt and the price was comparatively low too. Recently I had a technical issue with the laptop but was afraid that the warranty had run out and that the laptop would basically go to waste. I contacted Computerpirates assuming that they would not be willing to help as it had been over a year since the initial purchase and the warranty was handled by Acer. Instead a CS representative jumped right on the issue, contacted Acer, and got my warranty extended to 3 years free of charge. It is now being fixed by Acer and my laptop survived. I will definitly be using Computerpirates for future purchases, as great customer service is rare these days! Thank you again!

Bought this laptop(Asus N550JV-CN270H 90NB00K1-M03710) after a lot of research.
Find it excellent value for money. Absolutely fantastic, 100% recommended to anyone who is looking for a high spec laptop. Very well designed and great build quality.
Had it delivered after 4 days.
I could track the parcel from their depot in Amsterdam all the way
to my door.
