Diagnosing a ticket issue

I made a mistake setting up ticket availability for one concert and as soon as I became aware of an issue, sought advice using the call centre. Chloe identified the error immediately and helped me to correct it. Excellent service

Powerful, Intuitive

Such a powerful, versatile and intuitive platform to use. I was able to get my event ticketing set up in under 30 mins with no prior experience on the site, so next time it will be even quicker. The advanced setting are super-useful and give you the nuance you need. On top of that the online help team were amazing when I wanted to do something pretty out of the ordinary with the site.

Lost tickets

I bought tickets for a panto months ago and I couldn't find the tickets in my email so I contacted Ticketsource and they sent me copies straightaway. Very good service. Thank you so much!

Ticket Source provided an excellent service

Ticket Source was very easy to use and book tickets. I received good communication from them regarding my booking. I sadly needed to ask for a refund due to the weather and it was easy to achieve this, again with good communication.

I had a problem accessing my tickets…

I had a problem accessing my tickets big was down to my spam filters. Contacted TS on whatsapp via their Facebook page and they sorted it out straight away. Excellent service.
