Used for both selling and buying and the security of the site is impecable, at least when the tickets can only be transfered through TICKETMASTER, haven´t tried it with PDF tickets.

Very happy, but...
This is the first time I have used Ticket Swap and I appreciate the smooth way in which my opera tickets have been sold on.
But on a more general note, I am very worried about the 10% of negative reviews, concerning in particular the lack of human contact in case a problem arises

Sold 2 tickets to Chicane and one of my tickets has been placed on HOLD as the person who bought the tickets have sold them on and there is now issue. Both the tickets are genuine and one of my tickets I am waiting for this to be given to me and its been a week on and nothing has been credited to my account. Be wary using this website!

After reviewing you account and the situation, indeed we can see that your buyer resold the ticket on TicketSwap as well.
Their buyer could not get into the venue wih the ticket and shared a picture of the scanner showing that the ticket was already used.
Our team in charge of this case is still investigating to see what might have happened and who might have used the ticket.
The payment has been paused during the investigation since they might have to contact you if they have questions.

Invalid tickets no refund
I have bought 2 tickets trough TicketSwap and after receiving the tickets I've noticed they are personalized with the original buyer’s name.
On the ticket it clearly states that names must match the attendee’s ID at entry. It also explicitly says that resale (including via TicketSwap) is not allowed.
Organisers have also explicitly said that name must match as IDs are checked at the entrance.
The tickets are not valid for me to use, and I was not made aware of this restriction at the time of purchase.
I have been trying to contact support but only get automated messages and now the conversation has been automatically closed after over week with no response.
UPDATE:
I did get a response here on TrustPilot after posting the review, they are telling me to sell the invalid and fraudulent tickets to another poor soul.

If you don't feel safe with this ticket, you can always make someone else happy by putting your ticket up for sale. If in the worst case the final buyer experiences any issues we will put them in contact with the original seller to solve this.
