Easy to use, and used many times, never had issues with any tickets bought on resale. Always a worry when see tickets available for less than face value, but again never had an issue
TicketSwap is my solution for last-minute tickets. Sometimes it's actually better to rely on it because people who bought it and cannot go will often sell it at an underprice. If the event organizat... See more
Used for both selling and buying and the security of the site is impecable, at least when the tickets can only be transfered through TICKETMASTER, haven´t tried it with PDF tickets.

Super easy process once i'd got the app installed to upload my ticket from the wallet, as the system would not accept my upload as the orginator did not provide pdf only QR code when trying to do through the web browser.
had a very disappointing experience with TicketSwap and their customer support.
I purchased a ticket through their platform that was clearly advertised as a VIP ticket, for which I paid a significant premium. However, when attending the event, none of the advertised VIP benefits existed. I was denied access to any VIP areas, and event staff confirmed there was no VIP access available at all.
I raised this with TicketSwap and provided clear evidence, including the ticket itself and video footage from the event. Despite this, they dismissed the issue and refused to offer any form of refund, even a partial one.
Their responses were not helpful and felt very dismissive. Instead of properly investigating the situation, they attempted to shift responsibility elsewhere and closed the matter without resolving it. They also stated they would “counter” any dispute, rather than working towards a fair outcome.
As a customer, I paid for a specific product based on how it was presented on their platform, and that product was not delivered. The lack of accountability and unwillingness to engage constructively has been very frustrating.
I would strongly advise others to be cautious when purchasing tickets through this platform, especially for premium or VIP listings. I would use RA or an official ticket reseller. I am now sending in a formal compliant against them through official third party regulators.

I bought 2 tickets to the Kanye West concert at RCF Arena Italy. The tickets are nominative, i found this out after i had purchased the tickets (my fault for not doing my research) but after i found this out i contacted the support team to find out what the next step is (to change the name on the tickets). The support team was not that interested in solving my problem as their response was “ they probably won’t check the name at the venue, it’s okay” but i’m travelling from romania to italy and i’m not gonna do that without knowing for sure that i can attend the concert. After a bit of insisting on my part they told me to just resell the tickets and buy them elsewhere if im so afraid of not being allowed in. I don’t think selling nominative tickets without a system in place to change the name is a smart move, and also their customer service was beyond annoyed at me for wanting my money back or the names changed.

Great experience and you can find easy way of dealing w other people
Works like a charm, the fees have been getting a bit excessive but nothing to complain about the service and usability.
I tried to buy a ticket with apple pay several times didn't work. I'm very disappointed as I bought always tickets with this option.

I was not able to enter the event with the ticket I bought via TicketSwap because somebody used my QR code before me. Because I got another ticket, they now act like nothing happened and the problem is solved. I asked twice if the QR code is different after selling the ticket, but they didn’t answer, so be careful.

this service is very easy to use, and I ended up getting some tickets to a show that I had sold out publicly. Everything ran smoothly, and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again in the future.
Very straight forward and quick, sold both tickets easily in the same day I posted them.
I am extremely disappointed with my experience using TicketSwap. I used the platform to sell two tickets for the semifinals and final of the Monte-Carlo Masters, and the entire process has been frustrating and unfair.
First of all, sellers are not paid until after the event has taken place — and even then, payment is expected only up to 3 days later at best. Given how things are going, I am no longer even confident that I will actually receive my money.
Secondly, when listing the tickets, the platform imposed a maximum price I was allowed to sell them for. Despite this, the tickets were successfully purchased by a buyer who clearly accepted the price at the time of purchase.
However, after the event had already taken place, the buyer opened a refund claim stating that they had paid too much. I find this completely unacceptable. The price was clearly shown and accepted weeks in advance — allowing a refund claim after the event is simply unfair and undermines the entire selling process.
This feels like a scam. I could have easily sold the tickets through other channels, but instead I trusted this platform and now risk losing both the tickets and the money.
I would strongly advise other sellers to be very cautious when using TicketSwap.

Great experience with TicketSwap. I’ve both bought and sold tickets without any issues. The platform is easy to use, safe, and fast. Everything was smooth and transparent. I highly recommend it!
