Hi Kamand,

Thank you for reaching out with this review.

Before listing your ticket, we always show a breakdown of all of our fees. If you sell a ticket, we charge a 5% service fee. We let you know before you listed your ticket, and we did not take any other fees, therefore you did receive the amount we told you you would received,

We are sorry if you have missed the information where we explain we take a fee on a sale. For a future use of our application, if you have any question, feel free to reach out to us at info@ticketswap.com, we'd be happy to help you out.

Kind regards,
TicketSwap.

I sold my ticket over a month ago

I sold my ticket over a month ago, the event ended over 2 weeks ago and I still havent received my money. I have tried contacting them multiple times but even though the AI bot told me a real human would contact me, that hasnt happen for 10 days at this point. Horrible customer service. I am losing hope in getting my money.

Hi Merve,

Thank you for sharing this review with us.

We are sorry to read that you are not able to retrieve your ticket on TicketMaster.
This can be caused for multiple reason. Either, your seller cancelled the transfer before you were able to accept the tickets, either you are logging in with the wrong account.

Either way, we are able to help you out if you email us at info@ticketswap.com or call us. We will just need to know which message appears when you click on the acceptance link.

We can however see that you have resold the ticket right after the purchase, which should mean that you were able to access your ticket. Feel free to contact us if you still need assistance.

Kind regards,
TicketSwap.
