Used for both selling and buying and the security of the site is impecable, at least when the tickets can only be transfered through TICKETMASTER, haven´t tried it with PDF tickets.

I recently purchased two tickets via TicketSwap for the Amsterdam Wine Festival, and unfortunately the experience has been extremely frustrating.
After buying the tickets, I was required to personalize them, which I completed immediately. However, the app keeps showing that the tickets are still “being generated” and they never actually appear. I’ve been stuck on this status without any progress.
What makes it worse is the customer service. It’s very slow and unhelpful — I was told it could take up to two days for a response, and since then I haven’t heard anything back at all. For something as time-sensitive as event tickets, this is simply unacceptable.
Overall, very disappointing experience. I expected a reliable and smooth process, but instead got uncertainty and poor support. Would not recommend based on this experience.

Scam
2 out of 3 tickets I bought for an event had already been scanned even before I arrived at the venue. When I raised this issue, the customer service agent asked me how I would explain the situation, made me feel like they were implying that I was lying. They did not issue a refund after all and said I didn’t have enough evidence, even though I had photos of ticket scanners. Total scam, never buying tickets from ticketswap again

Probably the worst customer service…
Probably the worst customer service I've ever dealt with, they rely completely on AI and won't have a human deal with the issue. I was charged money for a ticket almost two weeks ago and they haven't answered one of my messages. They replied right away to a negative review I posted saying someone would look at my case but all I can talk to is an AI chatbot. On March 16th the chatbot said the issue was being passed on to an agent and I would hear back in 2 days. I have not heard back yet and they've stopped replying to messages. Do not use.
