Support team was able to help with my server issues with prompt swiftness, and problem was fixed without any interruption. "Sanji" was able to help me clarify on my server questions and was patient in replying to me in full detail.

tick hosting is the best free server hosting website out there for Minecraft you can get up to 8gb of ram which is insane most only give 2gb of ram and the support team is great they help me fix my server which was not booting up also kind and helpful you can also get mods plugins and more with it anyways want a good free Minecraft server hosting place i would give tick hosting a try 5 starts.

Ive been trying to open my free server for the past 2 days, yet it still hasnt opened, even if i am in first queue, ive wasted 5 hours of my time waiting for it to open. This is a scam! they get you to watch their ads without your server opening.

Worst thing ever, i have been playing for 3 days and now it says i have ad blocker and need to disable it even tho i dont have one.

at this I failed on making my server with mods so I went to their discord support and someone immediately picked up my ticket and helped me eventually got the modded server to work :)

The customer support was very helpful and helped me finnaly get it after hours he was very patient and persistent with me

The site immediately has several trackers to track your location and pops up so many ads its hard to see (there is a total of 30 immediately and increases from there) and the ads lie about a daily hosing limit but, aside from that it's fine

The Discord moderators of this server are great, especially (Alex)

I liked the support, but it could be faster. Also the members of the staff said different things for me to do, that was a bit confusing. Overall fine tho.

I’ve had some problems with my account, and they have helped me to the best of their ability. Even though I made a mistake on the information i provided, they kept on trying to help, and in the end it finally worked out. Their servers are also very easy to set up and manage. They have lovely and helpful staff who try their best to help those in trouble. (Especially Sanji, and Federick)

If you choose the highest free server its quite ok for up to 4 people with some minor mods and if the server is running it works mostly well, but getting the server to start is a nightmare. The website is either not available with 404 error or so god damn slow, that it just times out. "Error timeout of 20000ms exceeded" you need to plan at least 30 mins extra to get to the page where you can finally start the server and hope to be lucky that the add loads and it doesnt time you out again...

In start of ticket i think i be cooked, and when ThatsCube helped to fix Files, he do a very very good job.
