In the end all is good
In the begining it was not understandable at all. I have orginal tickets. But was time left to chek it out how it works All in the end was perfect include last minute pay tickets. Yes this last minute tickets proceeded about 10 min that feels very long. All was perfect.

They sell tickets they don’t have and can’t source
Do not trust these guys as they sell tickets they do not have and cannot source. We paid for tickets for seats centrally located on The Kop to watch Liverpool v Man City and the day they issue the tickets we get sent ones which were restricted view (ie you can’t see the whole pitch) and offered by the sub-seller (ironically named Platinum Elite Hospitality) £100 compensation against a £2K+ spend. Too late to change and we were already travelling. As a regular user of resellers these are the worst by a margin.
