Quick recap for anyone reading: we shipped the sunglasses from Spain to the UK with Royal Mail, and Harry here didn’t pay a single penny for shipping, customs or import fees. That’s right: zero on the outbound trip. Free delivery. A complimentary try-on, fully on us.

Then, after deciding he didn’t want the item, he expected us to also pay for the return, including courier fees and UK duties. Translation: “Please let me try your product at home for free, and then please send it back for free too.” It’s a funny pitch, but it’s not a business model; it’s wishful thinking.

If you expect to try things for free and return them for free too, that’s not shopping; that’s asking us to be your personal sponsor. Real shopping means you get free delivery one way, and if you change your mind, you cover the way back. Simple, fair, and how the whole world works.

Igor, thank you for your recent private message, sent on October 23rd, following up on this same case.

We believe it’s important to respond here publicly, so any future customer can see the full context and judge for themselves.

You placed an order and, yes, we made a mistake by sending you the wrong watch. You reached out, and while we regret the delay in responses, we acknowledged the issue and were in communication. You then opened a dispute with your card's company, won the case, and received a full refund(over 2 months ago). At no point were you asked to return the watch you received, which you still have. That means you kept the product and recovered 100% of your money.

Now, in your latest message, you are asking us, once again, to send you a second watch, the correct model, free of charge.

We honestly don’t know how to interpret this. Do you believe that a company should send out not one, but two products, and charge the customer for neither? That keeping the first item and the refund entitles you to even more?

We already took the loss on our error. We did not pursue the return of the item. But your ongoing demand is not about resolution anymore, it’s about taking advantage of a situation that’s already been settled.

If what you really want is the correct model, you are absolutely welcome to place a new, paid order like any other customer. But if the expectation is still that we send a second watch for free, then we respectfully disagree, and consider the matter closed.

We trust that this transparent explanation helps clarify the situation for any reader browsing our reviews.

As for the issue with the GA-700HDS-7AER and the luminous hands shown in Casio’s promotional images you’re absolutely right.
