The paddle board is ace, can’t wait to get out and use it!! It was delivered so quickly!

Bought a Tidal Rave SUP a few years back and absolutely love it! Have taken it all over the UK and the design / quality is admired by all.
Recently one of the clips that locks in the fins broke - and so I emailed Tidal Rave to see if I could purchase some more (don't stock on their website)
The customer response was prompt, and within a couple of days they had sent me a fresh set of clips free of charge.
Not only would I recommend Tidal Rave products to anyone, but the customer service is excellent too!

When I met my partner, he had a Tidal Rave board. I fell in love with the design initially but the actual board is built so well and you cannot fault the amount of extras that come with the board! We take our friends dog out all the time and he loves to sit or lay down on the grip foam and enjoy the view. I have been waiting just over a year for the design/size I wanted to come back into stock which is the only downfall of the brand, but having used other brands in the past, I knew I was happy to wait for this brand to be back in stock. I am thrilled with my new board and I cannot wait to keep using it.

When my board encountered an issue, the support team was exceptionally accommodating. With the phone lines now open, everything is back to normal and running smoothly!

Absolute banger quality and super fast delivery :)

I did not like that it arrived 2 days later than scheduled and then the box was wet and damaged on delivery. The inner box was also damaged.

The product appears to be intact but as this is a present, it is disappointing.

I ordered an ice bath as a Christmas gift and the item was marked as delivered by DX. However, when I got home from work, the parcel was nowhere to be found. I’ve spent the last four days trying to get in touch with the company, but my emails have been ignored and every time I call, I’m left on hold as “number 1 in the queue” for around 40 minutes with no answer.

I’ve now opened a PayPal case in the hope of at least getting my money back. Very disappointed with the service and lack of communication.

Love my boards brought a second last year so I can meet friends or my son for a paddle I find these ones the best for self rescue as I use the paddle a d centre to get my self back on. Amazing boards!!

Quick delivery and easy payment methods online, order arrived within 2 days perfectly secure and well boxed.

unfortunately pump broke just shows 1 psi all the time. And the finish on the board is tacky and poorly done, bubbles all over. For £300 I would 100% not recommend. Seems to be flashy with little quality. This was supposed to be a Xmas present. Should of just got the aqua one

Fast delivery and my paddleboard is absolutely perfect

Not had chance to get out on my new board yet but I know a lot of people who have purchased from TidalRave, so this review is purely based on my purchase and outstanding reviews from fellow paddlers. Item was received and straight out of the box it’s such an impressive board let alone all the accessories that came with it, only issue I had was that the main fin was missing but customer services were straight on it, very apologetic and more than happy to help and the item was received two days later so thank you to the team for a great turnaround. Can’t wait to get it out on the water.

These SUP Boards are so beautiful. I can not wait to see their faces on Christmas day as these are gifts.

Waited since August for board website not really telling you but spoke to someone and said that the will not be in till then so got on Friday 10th Oct blew up Saturday good board but the print writing down the side of the board all cracked and unreadable so shame about this

Great communications, great product

I ordered two boards and it was very easy to do. They were delivered when they said they would be. Although I’ve not used them I have taken them out the box and everything is there and the boards are amazing. Looking forward to using them when the weather is better.

The ease of ordering and the quality of the products is amazing! Some of the best boards we have seen and the designs are stunning and unique. Plus all the extras make it so worthwhile and we will definitely stand out when on the boards! We did have an issue with delivery - which was totally not tidal raves fault - and they sent a replacement board within 24hours. The customer service is absolutely outstanding. I will not let the issues of the delivery company put me off and will be ordering from here again.
