O'Neil was a good host and driver. He was friendly and let me put the heating on at the front.

Not a prompt service, we were left hanging around at Heathrow for 35 mins when we were advised that our pick up would be with us in 15 minutes.
When we arrived at the secure park lot we had to retrieve our own car and then wait for a car to be moved as we were boxed in.
The interior & exterior of the minibus(s) used for our journey out or on our return could have done with a good clean.

We booked what was advertised as a secure off-airport car park through a comparison site for Heathrow parking.
Without our knowledge or consent, Tidy Car Garage Ltd moved our vehicle from the advertised secure facility to a non-secure location. While the car was under their custody, our car key was stolen at their premises.
Despite this being an obvious security risk, we were not informed that the key had been stolen. We had contacted the company by email and telephone regarding significant flight delays, yet they failed to communicate this critical issue, offered no assistance, and refused to accept any responsibility, leaving us in an extremely difficult position on return.
This was not a minor inconvenience. It involved:
• Moving a customer’s vehicle without informed consent
• Failure to safeguard vehicle keys
• Failure to notify customers of a key theft
• Lack of support during a serious situation
We trusted this company with our vehicle based on the description provided at booking. That trust was misplaced. Given the risks involved, I would strongly urge others to think very carefully before using this service.
2 hour wait to be collected. Rang as instructed at 12.30 but didn't get picked up until 14.25. Rang the number to be collected in total 6 times, each time being told that I would be picked up in 5 to 10 minutes. Obviously all lies. On one of the final calls I was told that the driver had forgotten to pick us up. We were stood in freezing temperatures waiting. I was given an apology and offered some free parking to compensate, which is no value if you hardly ever fly from Heathrow. The company says they pick up every 15 to 30 minutes, this is just a lie from my experience. The fact that they want to pick you up from arrivals where the signs say 'no pickups' adds to the dodgy perception.
I was also concerned that when I arrived to leave my car the site was more like a scrapyard than a professional parking service.
Dropped car off & was taken to Heathrow all fine. While we were away we decided to ask if they could bring our car to Heathrow as it was going to be -3 on arrival. Emailed them paid extra cost. They asked us to call them when in baggage collection area. I called 6 times before they finally answered, on answering they said they would be 20 minutes and to go to meet and greet area. On waiting at meet and greet after 20 minutes they called us to say they hadn’t defrosted the car yet and would be a while longer. They finally arrived after 50 minutes, at 5am in -3 waiting for them. The man who brought us the car said these keys were on the seat and handed us our house keys. The keys were left in the closed drinks holder with the change I keep for parking, the money I keep in the car had disappeared also.
Really reliable service provided and the communication was excellent.

If you like waiting, this is the company for you.
- Wait for the gate to open to be let in to park your car.
- Wait for someone to decide to come out and show you where to park.
- Wait for a "shuttle" (dodgy old van) to squeeze you and other customers into, plus your luggage.
- Wait the 20 minute journey to the airport.
- Wait while they drop off others at other terminals before getting to yours.
Upon coming back to London;
- Wait for them to pick up the phone.
- Wait for the vam to show up (always "just five to ten minutes" as you wait for around an hour.
When we got back, it looked like someone had been sleeping in the car. The passenger seat was reclined all the way back, there was dust on the dashboard, the radio station had been changed, the settings on the driver display had been changed, and the dashcam had been disconnected. I didn't check for bumps or scratches as it was dark, cold, and I'd been waiting ages. Half expecting to find some when I check.
It's located on a beat up, old, muddy industrial site. It looks like the building is being lived in. The young guys who work there have awful communication skills. And it feels like it's so far from Heathrow that it's practically Gatwick.

I waited over 1 hour for my car collecting which cost me £18.00. When i collected my car it was blocked in by another car and took the team over 2 1/2 hours to unblock. Do not book with Tidy Airport Parking you will be disappointed.
