We are very sorry for long delivery time but is definitely not any scam. We have delivered thousands of lamps to the customers in the whole Europe. Sometimes the delivery times are long because the lamps are hand-made. We will try to improve.
I ordered the lamp a couple of days ago and didn't get any confirmation. However, after 2 days I got the msg that my lamp was sent. The lamp arrived well packed, really well packed, and in great condition. The lamp looked as in the picture. I gave them 4 stars because there were no automatic emails that they received my order. Which makes me nervous that I mistaken my email. Other than that great service.
