A fantastic holiday in every respect. We have used TIgnes Direct/Emma Frost several times now for TIgnes accommodation and they have always delivered a quality rental product with great advice/support along the way. We have rented the same apartment in Curling Block B Val Claret for our last two visits. Would definitely recommend to UK travellers/families.

Excellent holiday in Tignes once again. 3rd time going through Tignes Direct for accommodation which as normal was a seamless experience with two perfect apartments for two couples. Emma and her husband couldn’t have been more attentive to our needs with any questions answered by return. I would highly recommend Tignes Direct to anyone looking for a self catering holiday in Tignes.

Great apartment, really liked looking out the balcony with a great view of the valley below in the morning and having a beer on the balcony at the front in the sunshine. Easy access to the slopes and local restaurants. Tignes Direct were fantastic in organising everything. Would definitely recommend and will use again.

Great company, really helpful with all the questions we had about the apartment before the holiday and offered full refund if we could not travel due to France stopping travel with covid. The apartment was very comfortable for 4 adults and 4 children.

We are a family from the Netherlands and have been going on ski holidays to Tignes for many years. In recent years we rent an apartment through Tignes Direct. Contact with Emma and Keith is via email and that works very well. They respond very quickly and answer our questions clearly. They think along with us and arrange the booking and related matters (towels, bed linen, parking ticket, etc) at the local estate agency. Payment can be made via Tignes Direct in Euros via their French bank account. All this is almost effortless.

We always go to Bec Rouge, a large apartment complex in Tignes le Lac. Check-in is through the local office and is fast and efficient. Everything is ready for us upon arrival. The apartments are privately owned and, certainly by French standards, are spacious and comfortable. For the real ski fanatic, the heating in the ski depot is missing (not insurmountable). You are on the slopes within seconds since the apartment is situated on the Palafour slope.

During or immediately after our holiday we always get a message from Emma or Keith whether everything is to our liking. That is just that little bit extra that they offer. I can wholeheartedly recommend Tignes Direct to everyone!

We have used Tignes Direct over a number of years. The quality of accommodation provided is very good. The customer service is is excellent and always up to date with regard to legal requirements, local services and situation in the resort - often ahead of the local agents used. Very helpful especially during the Covid travel restrictions.

A wonderful weeks skiing at Tignes in the chalet Sabudia a comfortable warm and well equipped chalet easy walking distance from the town and lifts even with ski gear didn’t bother with the bus stop at the bottom of the road as it is an easy stroll
Enough restaurants and bars to last the week with plenty of variety in the supermarket if you are planning on cooking
Chalet had a 2 ring hob, small oven and microwave so don’t get too adventurous with your menu. More than ample for our needs
A more detailed map of the town showing the location of the Agency and chalet would have been helpful
Emma at Tignes Direct provided and exceptional service finding apartments that could cater for non standard arrival and departure dates
