Just amazing quick fast postage.
Products are fab little bike mad 3yo who loves to get out and MTB is now fully safe and secure with biking trousers which grow with her, the body protector easy zip top and the gloves.
All super designed soft and flexible. She may be small but hits some big trails and we feel so much better now she has small proper MTB kit. Thanks

After purchasing one protection top we found it difficult to get another in the correct size for our other grandson.

My son loves his bright orange coat, and so do I - he’s so much more visible on his cycle commute. Four stars rather than five because I wish the sleeves were cut a bit wider so that we could more easily put a jumper underneath through the winter.

I recently purchased elbow and knee pads for my son. Quality is amazing and he says they are the comfiest he’s ever worn.

Great trousers been really struggling for pants for my daughter as she is skinny but long legs. These pants are adjustable waist and leg that are perfect for her

Awful customer service. Argumentative customer service rep ! Then a phone call to apologise from their director but they didn’t do what they said they would. Then the next person didn’t bother to answer my message just sent me a returns label. Item was too big and according to their website I was supposed to pay for the return ! They did eventually send a label but I had to ask for that as not sent when promised.

Customer service was good and you were punctual with getting the goods for us and returning emails. Not so much on WhatsApp but this was due to being on holiday.
1st product was faulty with stitching.
So you sent another set. Not holding up as well as I'd hoped for something that doesn't get used to the extent I believe it is built for.
Unfortunately the product just doesn't do the job staying in place and constantly falls down.
But little one wears it and it give her confidence and myself piece of mind that I'm trying to do my best for her.

The free return is not free as you have to pay return postage. When I challenged them they said that the free return meant that they didn't charge to process the return in their office.
I actually wanted to exchange for a bigger size but nobody replied to tell me if that would then charge me to ship another pair of knee protectors without another shipping charge but no one replied so I gave up.

Top quality product and customer service my kids live them and are happy to wear the pads all day long

Good quality and price maybe the Web site needs to be a bit clearer so you order right the first time but very helpful and quick to fix my mistakes I would recommend to all

Brilliant service and great communication along with good products. Was very happy that the products I was looking for could be bundled, making a small saving, which was a bonus. Ti-Go kept me fully updated after the items were shipped and the products look good quality. Would happily use again.
