Newest products are straight up garbage cheap plastic.
Within 3 weeks the magnet lever broke off, contacted them and till the day I still have not received a response from them.
( been nearly a month )
DO NOT BUY.

Purchased the FitClic Neo Car Vent Mount. Terrible build quality. The rubber that holds the clamps in place fell apart in pieces, kind of like old rotten rubber. Just broke right off when put in the car vent. The phone holder itself is fine, but the clamping mechanisms was abysmal. Reached out for help, provided a picture of the issue, and have not heard anything at all. Disappointed.

Excellent for being able to change other settings for the iPhone and 9 different fields on data 1 or data 2.

Mount is hard to use with gloves or in general the Handel bar mount sits kinda funny on the bars and it's difficult to see at the riding angle.

Expensive, difficult to find the right part. Secure coupling. When you change phone cases it requires buying a new adapter -- can't reuse the adhesive backed old adapter plate.

I contacted Tigra Sport about a motorcycle mount that failed within a couple of months of use. One magnet came out of the mount, i put it back but it does not stay in place. They didn't even bother to reply.

Since submitting the above review I have been contacted by Tigrasport and they have addressed my problem and resolved it to my complete satisfaction.

I have had cases for two previous Samsung phones that fit very securely. I bought another for my new S22+ and found the fit much less secure. It goes in and out of the case with virtually no effort . I sent a note to Tigra but got a response that I could try a different kind of case. I am very concerned it will pop out so will probably go to another brand. Shame, because I love the way it mounts to the bike. My recommendation, don't buy for S22+.

It was better than expected.

The product was delivered quickly, assembled easily and works perfectly. It’s easy to install or remove the protective case that secures my phone to the bicycle mount.

A wonderful functional product that has proved to works great. I own the mount but needed the case to fit a new phone. I wasn’t able to buy one on the retail market. The TIGRA staff was great in setting me up with the correct case only.

I have been using the product for many years and have been very happy. However with my recent order I had 2 problems:
1. The cap and magnet in my car mount came loose;
2. On my waterproof cover for my iPhone the cover the finger button has split. The previous cover I had for the same phone only broke after about 4 years.

Absolutely fantastic system to keep my phone accessible while MTB. Phone stays on the bars whether I stay on the bike or not. Only mod I did make is to replace the plastic strap with a small metallic worm drive hose clamp so I could get it tight enough for my needs. If it came with a better strap I would give it 6 stars

The Fit Clic rain guard cover for my iPhone recently came apart. Tigra was very good about replacing it fast. Great customer service. Thank you

The product is of good quality, but it needs to improve two things:
1. The plastic part that serves as a base that adheres to rough surfaces is thin, which means that when it is exposed to the sun, it deforms, taking the shape of the suction part.
2. The nut that fixes the movement of the head is thin, which in the sun and with enough pressure, can cause it to break.
