Actually giving "0" stars! Item received not as pictured; looks like another boot completely. I was also sent the wrong size. --Was offered a coupon for "a big discount on another purchase, but they will not refund my money unless I pay shipping charges ($35 US) for return.

Terrible business practices that I now see are more common than not from their end.

I wish I would have looked this up before purchasing 3 pairs of shoes from Tildashoes! Do not buy from this company. I am still waiting (over 2 months) for one pair and the other 2 I ordered look NOTHING like what was pictured and are way too big. I contacted customer service and Gail suggested I give away as a gift since shipping back will be very expensive for me. I told her I would make sure all of social media knew of my experience as well as the better business bureau!

0 stars. Customer service for this company is absolute lunacy. I sent an email to rectify a problem in receiving my order. One shoe was exactly what was promised, the second (of the exact same shoe) was falling apart, the clasps didn’t connect and they labeled it a 37 yet it doesn’t fit my size 6 foot ?? I sent a full description including pictures as their website requires and am told by the woman, Gail, that the return price is expensive, they could offer me a coupon for my next purchase, or I could just give the shoe away as a gift! A gift?! Of a faulty shoe?? What kind of person is running customer service for this company? I should have been provided with an address to return/exchange the item but none was provided. Upon reading other reviews, everyone who purchases from Tildashoes gets screwed. DO NOT PURCHASE. No more Instagram buys for me!

If you are considering buying anything from Tilda Shoes, stop, don't do it. The photos are a complete lie. Their products are 100% junk, the cheapest I have ever seen. Their customer service is awful, they just repeat the same email over and over again.

Horrible customer service! I ordered a pair of boots from this company and they sent the wrong ones. I contacted them about fixing the issue and they refused to refund me or send the correct item. Never order from them!

If I could give them zero stars, I would. None of the shoes looked like they did on the site. They look like they were made in someone's basement...by children.
They pray on the first time buyer. They say they guarantee, but they are refusing to send me a return label. I will never buy from them again!

Horrible experience!!!! I have ordered twice from these people and are starting to believe that they are not legitimate. I gave them a chance to make it right but, once again, here I am. The 1st order I waited 2 and a half months with nothing, I emailed and was told that they they were coming and to hang tight, 2 more months went by and they said oh sorry, must be lost and they are out of stock conveniently, we will send a refund (got the refund 2 weeks later). Ordered a different pair of shoes at their suggesting and same situation, lost...Out of stock...we will send a refund BLAH BLAH BLAH!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE!!! YOU WILL NEVER RECEIVE YOUR ORDER

If I could give this company a negative number I would. I ordered one pair of shoes and the following morning, I wanted to cancel. ( shipping was $11) The ONLY form of communication is via email. They asked me why I wanted to cancel and told them the shipping is too high. I wanted to make sure it was not shipped out. This was on a Wednesday morning. I did not get a response back until Sunday night, where the shoes already shipped out. I am making it my personal mission to make sure that no one orders from this company. They are dishonest and tricky. I had to put a dispute in my bank because I obviously would of lost money ( the shoes were $29 but the shipping was $11, so the total was about $45) They kept writing the same email, talking about the quality of their shoes.
Sorry Gail. no one cares about the quality of the shoes, we care if you listen to the customers, you know, the ones that buy your stuff. You know, the ones that puts money in your pocket. I advise and strongly recommend to run ( not walk) away from Tildashoes. This is one of the worst companies I have ever come across in my life.

This is the worst company to buy any merchandise from.. they are not an American company, they take your money and never deliver. They say they are issuing a refund and again nothing happens they are obviously an overseas company otherwise something would be done about them scamming people.. do not not not order from them I hope someone reads this review before making a purchase, wish I had.

Terrible company! I ordered a pair of shoes. They ran very small! Couldn’t even get my foot in them. They said take a picture of the bag with address on it and the shoes and email to them. I have done that 3 times and no response! I just don’t understand how any company can run like this! They have no working phone number only an email!

I ordered a pair of shoes the beginning of July and the tracking said it was delivered on July 30th, but my pair of shoes are nowhere to be found they were not delivered. Customer service is horrible as well they kept saying it was delivered but it was not.
Do Not Buy From This Company!!!

I ordered 2 pair of shoes on June 2, Shoes have not even been sent. I am able to track activity and there has been none as of today. I have contacted Tildashoes by email there response is that they will send shoes to post office. Again there has been no activity. I will not order from this company again.

I am in the same situation as the reviewer who ordered shoes on 5/31. Got an E-mail thanking me for my order and stating: "We're getting your order ready to be shipped. We will notify you when it has been sent. Please click the button to give our website a good review, thank you very much." To date, still waiting. However, unlike the reviewer who E-mailed them and got a response, I am still waiting for a response, and, it has been over a month. They want me to give them a good review, but, they apparently do not want to give me the sandals I paid for. How does that work. Also, I clicked on the link they provided to track the status and which was bogus. I do not know if this is a US company or not, but, I am going to contact the BBB about it.

UPDATE: On 12/1/21, I E-mailed the company re: nonreceipt of the sandals I ordered on 5/31/21. I received an E-mail response on 12/3/21 from Tildashoes inquiring re: the order # for my order as they could not find it. I responded back on the same date with the order number; to date, 1/2/22, all I have heard back have been crickets!

Do not order from this company. I ordered two pairs of size 7 heels. They sent me size 8 and 9. Of course they are big. And now they refused to refund my money saying return shipping is costly!!

I placed an order in May and still haven't receieved the shoes. I have sent several emails and the response is shoes on are the way. I been checking tracking and there is no location. My account have been debited . i want a refund and I cant even call and speak to a manager

The sandals I ordered look like I could have gotten them from the local dollar store! And they don't accept returns because it costs them too much money - they told me to gift them to someone or get a store credit. I would never give these horrible looking sandals away. Don't waste your money!!

Horrible. I got to the reviews too late. Won't make that mistake again. Insanely cheaply made. They reek like paint fumes. The bottoms are basically like plastic. It's basically like buying shoes out of a quarter machine. Don't do it!

Read the other reviews I fully agree they shouldn’t get any stars. This business is a scam. The envelope the cheap worthless shoes that were the wrong size came in said California return address. However I’m trying to return my shoes and get a refund and they will not give me the address to return them to. Until you get here OK from them with the return address they do not want you to return any product. The product is absolutely worthless

Ordered in Mid May, total of 5 pairs. A month later received 1 pair, then a few days Later the second pair and just recently the 3rd pair. Since it's been over a month, I requested a refund for the other 2 pairs that never made it. As for the ones we did receive, they were okay. They run smaller than the website indicates. My daughter is normally a 7, we got an 8 and fit is uncomfortable. Quality is okay but definitely not for the price we paid. Pretty disappointing! Wouldn't recommend.
