Same thoughts as other reviews. If I could put a "O" review I would but had to put 1 star.
I purchased 3 pairs of shoes close to 3 months ago, already charged my card (over $150) & have still not received my order. I keep getting the same runaround from the Customer Support that my package is in transit. Upon trying to track this order with UPS, it continously states "In Transit" & to try again tomorrow for status update. Problem is, everyday for the last 2 weeks, it continues to state the same message.
I have already asked numerous times for a refund & continously told it will arrive "soon".
Lesson learned here & forwarning to you.

Disappointed customer!
I ordered 2 pairs of shoes on 2/2/21 and still haven’t received! I emailed Them about 7 times and still the same answers. It’s stuck at the post office so I said get it unstuck! They still have not gotten it released. Now after reading the reviews I’m afraid even if I do get the shoes I’m going to be disappointed once again.

Three months to receive boots
Three months to receive boots. Picture on site shows leather boots. These were thin vinyl “toy” material. I bought for someone but it would be too embarassing to give these to them.

Horrible Shoe Material! Zero Stars
If I could give this company zero I would. First off the shipping was absolutely terrible. They sent out a tracking number that was invalid and I had to contact customer service to get the correct tracking number. Once I finally received the package after a month the shoes look nothing like the picture on the site. I ordered 2 pair of winter boots a red and black pair. They sent 2 black pairs. The shoes are literally lite as a feather the sole of the shoe is like cork with absolutely NO support. It reminds me of a dollar store doll baby shoe. I am truly shocked that anyone would even sell this, it’s not wearable. I am so upset and just beyond frustrated. I would not recommend this site to anyone.
