At the end of 2014 we bought Unicom Starker tiles for two bathrooms. We are only just fixing the second set of tiles??? and discovered that the murals were incorrect - the shades were mixed when they should all have been the same.
Went back to Roccia Bolton who could not have been more helpful.
They changed the tiles for a new box quickly and without question.
Great service, beautiful tiles!

We bought our tiles from Roccia , Vandan, and Angela, were both very helpful, perfect transaction, always responded to calls, and emails, we were updated about delivery ,excellent price for the tiles, and they have the most amazing selection of tiles, i will be using them again.

We were recommended by somebody else to use Roccia for our Self Build. We were so pleased with the service we received, the time they took,visit after visit, to look after us and help make decisions, by making recommendations and showing photos of finished rooms where they could. Shabs and Zubair provided a top class service at the Bolton branch. Would definately use them again

Absolutely fantastic service from Ash at Bolton branch. He was extremely knowledgable and helpful and made the process very easy. We bought wall tiles and without a doubt will go back for floor tiles. We can’t recommend highly enough.

Just want to say a massive THANK YOU Mas and Anis at Roccia. They were both excellent in giving us their expert advice regarding the types of tiles we were looking that would best suit our kitchen and extension. Their knowledge and experience is second to none!!! The staff are really friendly and helpful and the customer service is excellent, offering us a cup of tea on arrival ( knowing we might be there sometime to decide on which tile we would buy)Roccia showroom is exceptional, you will not find a better place than this, that has as many different tiles as this place. The set up and displays are inspirational and are great for home improvement ideas. It is well worth the drive from Derby and we will certainly be going back their in the future for our next projects.

We have been going to Roccia in Bolton over the last 5 years for our tiles as we have been modernising and extending our property. On every occasions that we have visited (5 times) Ash has always dealt with us, what a great guy he is as all of the staff, what is so nice is that he remembers us every time we visit, there is no staff pushing themselves on to you and it is a very relaxed store to visit, the service and their advice is always first class and very useful. I have recommended the Bolton store to many people who have in fact visited and purchased and I will continue to recommend. Unfortunately I damaged an expensive Artelinea mirror I was installing for a client,despite not being the original supplier Roccia were able to source and supply a direct replacement quicker and cheaper than the original supplier. The staff at Roccia were courteous and efficient and a pleasure to deal with while helping me correct my expensive mishap. I would certainly recommend and use them in the future.

I have never before written an online review for a company but following my recent purchases and experience with the team of staff at the amazing Roccia bathroom showroom in Preston, I felt that this family run company deserved the recognition for what it stands for… outstanding and genuine customer service rarely found these days, a beautiful large and stunning showroom with many items not seen anywhere else.

Every member of this team that I had dealings with, from the showroom staff, distribution centre staff and the delivery drivers couldn’t have been more pleasant, professional and extremely helpful in every aspect of their service.

This company caters for those looking to purchase mid-range through to stunning prestigious bathrooms, tiles and accessories, they have an extensive range and at very competitive prices.

The excellent layout of their huge showroom gave me plenty of lovely ideas when I was planning to redesign and totally refurbish my own bathroom (photos attached).

Having visited dozens of bathroom showrooms in the Lancashire and Merseyside areas, this showroom is by far the very best in every aspect; offering suggestions and good advice and I would highly recommend to anyone looking to replace their bathrooms to pay Roccia a visit before spending hours of driving visiting less superior showrooms.

Great service and value from this place I was served by ash who was very helpful and knowledgeable about the whole range of tiles they stock I would recommend these guys for your tiles .

We are over the moon with our new ensuite and bathroom projects which have been recently completed and would like to express our thanks to Roccia, in particular Ebrahim Nakhuda for his expertise in re-designing the ensuite and bathroom to a very high standard and his ongoing support throughout the installations. There were a few twists and turns along the way as it would be unrealistic to expect a project of this calibre and magnitude not to have few hitches, but we have to say that every single issue no matter how minor was dealt with professionally and quickly with no fuss.
