Visited the Bolton showroom yesterday, was looked after by ash couldn’t do enough for us was really helpful and helped us make a brilliant choice, customer service was exceptional Thankyou ash

Ordered some outdoor tiles got told 2-3 weeks delivery, 7 weeks later still no delivery, got told they are stuck at the port with no estimated time for delivery.

I have phoned the port and they have told me only way things get delayed is if the brexit paperwork has not been filled in properly, staff at the preston store are not helpful and don’t seem to care that i have spent £1,760 and not received my order yet

Visited the Preston showroom for the purchase of tiles and furnishings for my en-suite. The showroom is fantastic. So clean and so much choice. The displays were great for giving me ideas. Shiraz was really friendly and so knowledgeable about the tiles. He helped me pick tiles that matched the furniture perfectly. Nothing was to much trouble. Shiraz introduced me to Mohamed to pick the furnishing with. He was helpful, knowledgeable and patient while I made my choices. Again nothing to much trouble. Awaiting the delivery of the items and looking forward to seeing the finished room.

Just had a fantastic couple of hours at the Bolton Roccia, with Ash, very informative & top class product knowledge, very friendly & clean shop with loads of parking. Got everything we needed, & all the trimmings we wanted. Thanks Ash for all your help. Lynn & Steve.

Excellent showroom with a huge variety of tiles and very professional staff.
We ordered our bathroom tiles with Maz who is very friendly, and knowledgeable.
Our delivery was on time and very efficient. A phone call on the day to give a delivery time and was there as stated.
Can not fault Roccia for their customer service and wide range of tiles.

The store is well equipped with tiles, very well set out with a good selection of both wall and floor tiles. We were dealt with by a guy called Ash... very pleasant and friendly, definitely the gift of the gab ! Informative and helpful, offered us a coffee, treated us very well without hurrying us. Impressive service with guarantees of money back on unused items, would definitely recommend this store and would come back here should we ever need tiles for any other room. Parking available and easy to find.

The showroom is fabulous and salesman Shiraz was really helpful when we were choosing tiles for both our flooring and bathrooms. He was knowledgeable and made useful suggestions without being pushy. The whole experience was easy and in these days of COVID was very well organised and safe. Will definitely return if we need more tiles.

Absolute stunning showroom never seen anything like it!, lovely warm welcoming from Maz who gave us cracking ideas in choosing the right tiles for us, he was superb from start to finish excellent customer service. We visited the store looking for tiles. One of the store members, Abs, was incredibly helpful and spent time showing us tiles to meet our specification until we found the perfect ones. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and I would have no hesitation recommending the store based on our experience.

This company is superb. We bought our kitchen and garden tiles, as well as a Bora hob, from Roccia in Preston this summer, and we couldn't be happier -- both with the products and service received. Maz and Lesley's professionalism and friendly approach made the whole process a most pleasant experience -- from beginning to end. Thoroughly recommended.

As soon as we walked in, the welcoming friendly staff Irfan showed us around the very impressive showroom which is great for inspiration. He was extremely patient with us, showed us around the immense range of tiles, colours and designs. Irfan has great experience very knowledgeable and his advice greatly appreciated and we took on board. He gave us a great discount and he was happy to keep the tiles in storage until we required the tiles. Got delivered exactly when we asked for it. We’ve had excellent customer service from Irfan who worked really hard to ensure our experience at Roccia was pleasant and easy. We highly recommend them, you will not be disappointed!

Roccia 5* all the way. Superb showroom with great displays for inspiration. From the start they allowed us to borrow a tile to match up to our decor, gave us a great discount, recommended a great tiler, delivered on time & provided a fabulous product - which looks superb in our home. We had excellent customer service from Anis & Lesley, who worked really hard to ensure everything coordinated fantastically, easily & smoothly. We can't recommend them highly enough. Just go there you will not be disappointed.

Excellent service from Roccia. Floor tiles superb quality and the staff were exceptional. From Irfan who helped with the initial order, the driver who kept in contact with delivery times, to Rahil who arranged a refund for the return of unused items. Can’t praise the staff highly enough. Every member of staff greets you and offers to help. My good friend who has additional needs was spoken to directly, not through me as often happens. That means so much to him. All round great experience and highly recommended company and people. Thank you.

Just had the amazing tiles I purchased from Roccia fitted and they look fantastic.
Ash helped us choose them and he provided friendly advice throughout.
The customer service in this shop is amazing it’s like being in America! Nothing is too much trouble. All the lads are polite and helpful they can’t do enough for you !
The range of tiles they stock is unbelievable!
I will definitely be going back there for my bathroom tiles in a couple months.

THANK YOU! Our bathroom look exactly the way we wanted it with the amazing help from Mr Bilal Bhayat who patiently listened to our ideas, advised us with his and created the perfect design. We got all the bathroom from tiles to towel hanger from them because they simply had things we haven’t found anywhere else: amazing design and quality. So we would most definitely recommend them! If you look for something special, visit, speak to them and you will not regret it!
