Please ignore all previous good reviews. This company has closed and done a runner in March 2025. Left a number of customers like myself out of pocket and with no tiles.

Very helpful and knowledgeable staff were very patient as I couldn’t decide as they have such a large choice of tiles ,and found the prices were very competitive

Very helpful

I bought a metre of small green tiles to break up the white tiles. I ordered the tiles and the arrived a couple of days later as advised. Unfortunately I only received half the order, they apologised and ordered them again straight away and they arrived quickly. The communication was excellent they telephoned when the orders came in and were helpful when I was choosing the design and colour. Would definitely recommend. Irony is we only needed half the order and have a spare box.

The selection of tiles is easily the best in the area and the team are really knowledgeable and helpful. We have tiled 3 bathrooms with Tile Projects LTD and will definitely be using them again.

We have bought Tiles for 2 different rooms from Tile Projects. On both occasions they found exactly the right tile to match our ideas. Couldn’t fault them, though the showroom is very small they have a huge range and were prepared to go the extra mile with their customer service.

Great guys, really went out of their way for me, amazing prices, got great ideas and advice.

The gentleman that dealt with us was very knowledgeable and helpful, and the tiles were very good with a lot of choice as well.

My experience at Tile Projects was exceptional. The staff members, Maisie and Phil, were extraordinarily supportive and adaptable throughout our bathroom renovation, offering essential advice and help. They efficiently procured the tiles we needed and, when we were in urgent need of more tiles, they went to great lengths to obtain them promptly. Would recommend them highly.
