The delivery was a shamble and the communication between your staff and the delivery company even wore. You will get a bad review on google/trip advice too.
Dear Sirs, 250 metres away from my doorstep is not what I would consider to be kerbside delivery. When I offered a reasonable compromise—delivery to a nearby off-road location because your driver said the lane was unsuitable for his van—he instead wanted to leave the pallet on the public highway. I sent your office photographs and the location of the proposed delivery point, but I received only generic responses. This happened three times, with no indication that the matter had been properly reviewed or investigated. Even your latest response offers neither reassurance nor an adequate explanation. It gives the impression that Paradise Tiles is unwilling to acknowledge customer concerns. I can publish the supporting images if necessary. I had no wish to prolong this matter, but I am extremely frustrated by your public response. In my view, your customer service has been very poor, and I would not recommend your company.

We’re sorry to hear you were unhappy with the delivery experience.
As discussed during our email correspondence, our deliveries are kerbside only and any access restrictions should ideally be highlighted prior to dispatch. In this case, the courier determined that the requested unloading location was not safe or accessible for a pallet delivery due to the road conditions and gradient.
Following the initial failed delivery attempt, we arranged a restricted access delivery service at our own additional cost in an effort to assist with the access limitations at the property. The goods were then successfully delivered a day later

Beautiful tiles at a great price
Fantastic service. Very quick to respond to questions and sorted out a small issue with a cracked tile very swiftly. I doubt I will look elsewhere for future tiles. The ones I ordered are absolutely beautiful and I can't wait to see them in my new bathroom.

Ordered a lot what came scratched and smashed. After long dispute they accepted the return and refunded money partially. In an order of £600 been refunded £400 and without tiles. Poor company what I will never recommend to anyone. That £200 I lost with you Tiles Paradise hope you’ll spend it on fines.

As discussed during the order process, we welcome returns within 14 days of delivery, however return transport costs must be covered by the customer as outlined in our returns policy.
We also did not receive photographic evidence of the alleged damaged or scratched tiles, which limited our ability to raise a damage claim with the courier or manufacturer.
Despite this, we still worked with you to arrange a return and provided a partial refund in line with the returned goods received.
