Brilliant communication and fast delivery. Unfortunately a couple tiles came damaged. Tile Paradise went above and beyond to get replacement tiles sent out. I will order from them again in the near future. Fantastic service.

Excellent crevice high quality tiles

The tiles themselves are good, but the customer service has been extremely poor.

I had a box of tiles arrive damaged (from the bottom of the pallet) and it took days just to get a response from customer services as I kept going backwardsandforwards with them. Initially they refused to refund me, and only agreed after I kept chasing.

I needed just three tiles to finish the bathroom, but instead of helping to send replacements quickly, I had to re-purchase the three tiles from their own website, and was charged £99.99 just for delivery.

The representative dealing with my query was unhelpful and lacked empathy. I had a fitter waiting to complete the work to a deadline, but there was no sense of urgency or care from their side.

It’s a shame because the product itself is good — but the poor attitude and lack of flexibility from customer service has really spoiled the experience.

Following my review on here Tiles Paradise reached out and refunded half the delivery cost which I appreciated and the issue was amicably resolved.

After sending a message and over a week passing. No response or email as advised.
Tried again yesterday. 24hrs later. Tried again in the chat. Got a response now radio silence again last few hours.
Extremely poor communication and no available phone number. All signs of dodgy business.
If this was to find out about your order or after sails then I can't see it being responded to either.

Good tiles will buy again used for pond

Tiles arrived broken. No ordered adhesive either. No contact with seller. Pictures with damage were sent to their WhatsApp contact number.

So the price looks good and looks cheap
I thought it brought 5 box got 4
Brought 12 boxes got 8

So I'll have to buy 5 more boxes and 1 more of the others

If u want to return 40% stoking fee
So paid 500 they want to give me back 300

And he wants to refund me 400 I spent 500
Wasting my 100 for there hidden wording

Better of buying from b and q
Because your only saving £10 per box
Because they don't sell them in boxes

Unable to get hold of customer service via email! No phone number listed just a mobile only used for WhatsApp messages only it’s like dealing with a 17 year old organising a night out. 7 packs of 1200 X 600 tiles and only 4 are usable due to inadequate packaging resulting in the second tile in every pack scratched on all 4 sides plus many more with manufacturing imperfections and scratches.

Due to size, weight and not wanting to have over 10sqm of unprotected porcelain laying these were unfortunately left past the 30days before being opened and checked on the day of installation. Despite the fact I have videos of the unpacking process revealing scratches while still on the pallet and unopened I’m being ignored. Terrible customer service!

I got my tiles and one of those was broken, emailed more than once but nobody replied! on their website they just publish the good reviews...Avoid

We ordered tiles in January, finally at a point of laying them this week. I cut a tile in the wrong orientation(herringbone) and had no spare and there were no stock on the website. Over the chat the very kind people managed to find one and send it out to us so we can complete the long awaited extension/ renovation. Used before for 70m2 and will 110% use again and recommend them to all. Thankyou tiles paradise your the best part of a job I despise!!

Excellent customer service
I needed a couple of extra tiles because we run out half way through the bathroom refit and Tile Paradise were quick to respond and dispatch them as I needed them urgently . I would highly recommend.
