Tiles R Us AB offers a fantastic selection of high-quality tiles with excellent service from start to finish. Although I experienced a delay in delivery, the team was helpful. Their quick delivery and accurate product descriptions make them a solid choice. Overall, a great experience deserving four stars.

Very quick delivery and products were as described

Products seemed very nice on website, however delivery time stated there is very misleading. I was ordering tiles for my kitchen, counting on the delivery stated there +/- 1 day. Then I have received message that tiles were shipped however only to DSV company and as they cannot quaranty the delivery (as now goods are owned by transport company), they only recommend contact DSV in order to make sure that storage at stock in DSV should be paid as well, as it takes certain weeks to deliver it (Ljungby). I have cancelled order as I could wait with kitchen rebuilding due to this. I dont like this approach

Poor communication. Received two bills and an email stating the purchase was completed, - but no notification of expected delivery. Had to call to get an idea when to expect the shipment, - and still waiting for it to show up.

Easy to deal with - know the products and are very helpful - will good prices - What’s not to like?

Fast delivery, good product.

One month late delivery more over received a different design than the picture. We got no warning on late delivery or the different design. I had to put my time to chase the case. In the end, we had no time to return as the renovation project began, so stuck with bad design. Not recommended.
