Call ahead and check if your product is in stock
We thought the website said the tiles we were ordering were in stock, and placed the order. The whole reason we ordered from this site was because the lead time fit with our schedule. Turns out they didn't have the tiles and weren't going to be in stock for another week. This disrupted all of our renovation plans.
Otherwise everything was fine.
