I tried all the usual retailers for quarry tiles and some major stores had no clue what they were. Online stores prices were shocking but I found the exact product at a sensible price and more importantly a reasonable delivery charge. My tiles arrived on the required date and time and the quality is superb. Great service and great prices seem to be a rare thing these days but these guys have both as standard I can only recommend Tile Warehouse even though my order was small.

I am very happy with the splashback tiles I bought for my kitchen. There was a good selection to choose from and easy to order. Communication from Tile Warehouse was good and the tiles were delivered as promised and without damage.

10/10 experience! I got a great price on my tiles and they were delivered really quickly. I ordered samples first and these had very helpful QR codes on the back that took me directly to the tiles online. I loved the visualiser tool to decide what would look best in my bathroom and I’m super happy with the results. I will definitely recommend to all family and friends

I was looking for tiles for my downstairs toilet and started searching on Google I like the tiles. I ordered online and the tiles were delivered on time. However, upon inspection by my tiler, it has come to our attention that two of the tile boxes exhibit significant damage. In one box, a tile is broken in half, and in the other box, multiple tiles have chipped edges. While my tiler could work with a few problematic tiles by cutting them, the extent of the damage in these two boxes renders them unusable for completing the job.

I called the Tile Warehouse customer service number and explained the problem. Alexandros was dealing with my issue and he asked me to send a damaged tiles picture. I sent the picture and he responded very quickly and professionally. the issue was not a damaged tiles I have booked a tiler to finish the work before Christmas Eve. Alex arranged the next delivery and the tiles arrived at 9:00 AM. He explained communication on step of process which was good for me to understand that I can align with my tiler.

I will use this company again because not only Tiles was good but they deal with issues professionally and understand customer requirements and challenges.

I have attached pictures of the downstairs toilet. It is not complete yet grouting toilet feting left.

One star is too much for this company.

I have bought floor tiles from Tilewarehouse and was horrified when they arrived: not a single tile was smooth. I was under the impression that they have packed all tiles rejected by the quality checks and sent them to me. At least four tiles out of twelve had deep groves over them, the others had either shallow groves or dents. They were absolutely unusable, hugely unacceptable. To add insult to injury, the company agreed to collect the tiles but after technical department checked the tiles they found nothing wrong with them and refused to refund the money. It is unimaginable how someone can say that, it is just a fraud and a scheme to rob you of your money. Avoid like a plaque.

Simple website to use and great tool to visualise the tiles. Placed order on Thursday and they arrived as planned on Monday. Delivery driver really helpful and dropped them off as close to the house as possible. 203 tiles and not one was damaged. Excellent communication too. Highly recommend.

Ordered on June 5th evening, delivered on June 7th morning. Had some issues around delivery as I live on a very narrow road but the driver was great, he waited while my builders came out and met him to take delivery and use the pallet jack to take the tiles all the way to the house up the road.

Really good experience and the tiles are less than half the price of similarly styled ones elsewhere.

Would give zero if it was an option. Misleading colour in adverts and the sample tile completely different to the tiles that arrived!? Now chasing to be refunded - absolutely awful from start to finish.
My advice is AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Placed an order in plenty of time for the offer of next day delivery (£40, or £30 if I could wait until next week) as I needed the tiles for a job over the weekend. Received my order confirmation that all was good and yes, delivery would be today. Cushty. Had a bloke wait at the delivery address from 8 this morning to take receipt as the delivery slot given was the usual crappy 0800 to 1800... Then at 1230 I get an e-mail (not a in person call) to tell me my order now wouldn't be with me Saturday (?????) and instead had been prioritised FOR MONDAY. E-mailed back to say that was not what was agreed when I purchased the tiles and to cancel my order. Waste of bloody time and now I have to go and secure the tiles I need from B&Q, which to be fair looking back I should have done in the first place and given this mangy lot a massive shoulder swerve. AVOID.

I am still awaiting replacement tiles from the wrong ones sent to me. Half of the batch was the right colour, and the rest a completely different shade. Their website says that any tiles requiring replacement (through no fault of the customer) will be replaced within 2 working days.
I have escalated this only to be told that investigations are still under way at their warehouse. Whilst I appreciate their own internal investigations will need to happen, this shouldn’t be at the detriment of me.
Whilst I would recommend for cheaper prices, I would not recommend to use this company due to the poor customer service and not sticking to what they advertise on their own website.
